Super helpful and quick to sort my problem.
We had an unforeseen issue with our tickets being at home but as both of us were working away or on holiday we weren’t going via home. Chloe from the customer service team got in touch as soon as they started work and sorted this out for me so we could head to the gig tonight knowing that there would be no issue and have no stress on the way.

Bought tickets for Ealing Jazz Festival. Extortionate booking fees ( £2 on a £20 ticket ) and £1.50 for the privilege of printing them yourself at home, saving Ticketline the cost of printing and sending themselves. Totally unjustifiable.

As with other major booking agents, the booking fee is our only income.
We do not get paid by the event organiser for selling tickets. Instead we charge a small booking fee per ticket and a processing fee per transaction that has been agreed with the event organiser.
This is the only income that we receive from our service. Ticketline's share of this booking fee, after being subject to VAT, covers all the costs associated with running our business, including the upkeep of our booking systems, card processing fees and all other costs that enable us to provide a convenient booking service 7 days a week.
The event organiser determines the ticket delivery options for their event as Ticketline can offer both postal and e-ticket options. The e-ticket fee goes towards the installation, maintenance and upkeep of our software, digital scanners and gate entry systems enabling you to gain seamless access to your chosen event.
