Thank you ticketgum. This previously stressful experience worked out so well after ticketgum was recommended to me by a friend. Purchasing was easy. As promised, our tickets arrived by email 3 days prior to the event. There was no issues at the stadium (Old Trafford) and although we had requested 4 tickets together (and knew it may not work out this way), our tickets were only 3 rows behind each other in two's so we were all happy.

Complete scam, went to old trafford yesterday and was given a ticket with another person's name on it and couldn't get into the game. I have been emailing all day and was told I had to email no more than 15 minutes after kick off. I emailed them 40 minutes before kick off, now they have sent a delivery incomplete message a day late for my original message. Funny how the company is emailing me back about an email they supposedly never received in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Feel great as I had witness an amazing performance from Arsenal team. A once a life time experience watching live and the atmosphere is electrifying.
God willing, will come again and thanks to ticketgum who managed to secure the tickets.

I purchased 2 tickets for me and my 10 yr old brother to attend the Chelsea v Crystal Palace game. When you order AND in the FAQs it explicitly guarantees that the seats for the two tickets would be sat together. We were not sent the tickets until 1 hour before the game - all support tickets up to that point were completely ignored since the order on 14 July.

The tickets were NOT together (8 rows apart). We were unable to attend the game as my brother was not comfortable attending alone. We contacted support and they offered a £30 partial refund on £200 tickets - absolutely laughable. It says on their FAQs and during ticket purchase that it’s guaranteed but conveniently bury the truth in their T&Cs: ‘In the event that tickets are not delivered together, customers are entitled to a partial refund of 10–15% of the ticket price, depending on the distance between the seats’. This is a ridiculous policy - there is no way I would have gone ahead with the transaction if I had thought there was ANY chance we would be seated apart.

Overall the experience was great. Had a good response from the customer service team. Keep it up and cheers.

Do not waste your time buying a ticket from this company payed for my tickets on July 14th and got confirmation.was tickets for today man u vs arsenal match today for my brother and son birthday we then had to pay for flights and accommodation and three hours before the match I get a email saying tickets have been cancelled .everything I tried email this company it failed to say we were disappointed was an understatement

Also had a terrible experience! Bought two tickets for Manchester Utd vs Arsenal as a joint gift for my husband and 9 year old son’s birthdays. My son had never been to a United game before and was beyond excited! They travelled from London to Manchester yesterday despite the tickets not being received. I have spent the whole weekend chasing to be told they would definitely be delivered on Sunday and up to 2 hours before the game. At 2:04pm I received an email that reads:

we encountered an unforeseen situation where our suppliers were unable to fulfill your ticket request as originally planned.

We understand the disappointment and frustration this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has brought you.

Consequently, we had no other option but to cancel your order.
Rest assured, a full refund will be issued and you will receive the funds within the next 7-12 business days.

This has been without doubt the most stressful, expensive ticket buying experience ever.. and to top it off I have a 9 year old son outside Old Trafford who’s devastated with no ticket.

Considering I have seen at least 3 people post the same comments online this afternoon my experience is not a one off.

Also note that the company hides comments on Facebook. Mine were hidden last night - not deleted as a poster is notified of that but hidden… this was based on me asking someone who had a bad experience yesterday if they got their tickets.

Company is a disgrace.. brought two tickets for my partner & they refunded me without any explanation after he cut his holiday short (Refunded with no explanation on the day of the game).

Brought 2 tickets Manchester United vs Arsenal today been waiting weeks excitement booked time of work anxiety was through the roof due to not receiving tickets yet plus we have to travel from a different city for them on the day saying we couldn't get us the tickets and are refunding so we also had to pay for train tickets aswel not happy will not recommend at all

No reason why i wouldn’t give it 5 stars. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and super smooth.

Unfortunately a bad experience for us through this site. . 2tickets ordered together for my sons birthday . . when received seats were far apart from each other. . Customer service appalling . We would advise not to purchase tickets from this site.

Before I booked I did go on Trustpilot to see all the review and saw quite a few 1 stars so that made me quite nervous but I thought I’d take a chance as the overall score was 4.5.
I paid for two Arsenal tickets but accidentally misspelt my email so wasn’t getting any confirmation.
However once I wrote in using their messaging service it was quickly rectified and I got my tickets exactly in the area I paid for.
I think the website could be a bit better and would like to see updates automatically as it can be an anxious wait until they allocate tickets but I would buy from them again.

I tried to buy tickets there website took my money and sent no tickets or confirmation mail I am owed £361 I have mailed them and the mail bounced back , I have tried to call number does not work, I went on their chat and still no refund worst company ever poor customer care and still have not had my money back rip off merchants

Really poor service, first and last time I’ll go near Ticketgum.
After purchasing two football tickets (6 days before the match) I received an e-mail acknowledging the order and that it would be confirmed and processed within 48 hours. After 2 days had passed, I started to contact them to check that everything was in order.. nothing back.
Phone line dead, live chat wasn’t live, WhatsApp messages and e-mails weren’t replied to, I tried all of these each day in the 4 days before match day.
On the day of the event I tested them by enquiring about another match using my wife’s e-mail.. they replied straight away.
Living 90 mins away from the ground, I took the chance that they would show up (or I’d potentially find other last minute tickets) so I got on the train.. they did infact arrive, though it was for one adult and one senior which had me nervous again (fortunately got away with it)

Their communication leaves you with no trust whatsoever. Assurance and being kept updated is so important when paying well over face value to these sites. By far the worst company I have purchased from and I’ll not be retuning!

I originally bought tickets for the Chelsea vs Man United match, which was moved from Sunday May 18th to Friday May 16th. We were flying in from the US and wanted to see a Premier soccer match. Since were we coming to London for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, we selected Chelsea's game. And I watched the entire season of matches, aiming to be a proper Chelsea fan. But Our flight didn't arrive until Sunday morning. Ticket Gum was AWESOME. They helped us rebook so we could see a match and as luck would have it, we attended the Arsenal vs Newcastle match at Emirates stadium. While our three seats were not together, my single seat was close to the other pair and in a section with regular Arsenal fans. What an experience! We Love Arsenal, yes we do! Arsenal we love you! Ticket Gum was good at communicating and specifically Harry was excellent!

Purchased a couple of tickets for a football match around 24 hours prior to the game. Both tickets arrived in good time and provided good seats from which to watch the match.

Well, this has been an anxious ride to say the least, although it ended happily. I had bought 6 tickets to Arsenal vs New Castle 18th of May almost a year ago, as my research told me I needed to be on my toes when the game schedule was released in June 2024. I bought the tickets via ticketgum website, but was soon redirected to WhatsApp where I submitted the payment. As I had read very mixed comments about ticketgum, I was very anxious thinking I might have been scammed. The tickets were very expensive, although not as expensive as on official vendors. The ”order confirmation” contained the wrong numbers (not matching what I saw while purchase), which made me think it was fake. I knew the tickets would not arrive until 1-3 days before the game, but still my order should have shown when I logged in to ticketgum and viewed ”my tickets/my orders”? But no, another weird thing. I chatted with some guy called Eddie via WhatsApp during the purchase, but when I tried to reach out again in April 2025 (almost a year later), I didn’t receive any response. We traveled to London, and during the morning the day of the game I reached out to the ticketgum support via email where I immediately received a response saying the tickets would arrive very soon. Half an hour later, around 10 o’clock game day, the tickets arrived per email with a QR code to scan in the entry. The tickets contained no names, only arsenal ID, which of course comes from supporters selling their tickets. I had been told that best scenario would give us 4+2 seating, and we had gotten 2+2+2. Different rows and seat but same ”area” ish. (102 and 103). It didn’t matter really, we spent time together before the game as well as during half time. It was a great experience.

So, to sum it up. A lot of anxiety, not knowing if the tickets would arrive. The tickets arrived via email on game day, approx 5-6 hours before the game. We chose to arrive to the arena 2 hours before game start, to avoid anyone else using our tickets. We scanned the tickets via this digital screen/no interaction with any stewards there except for bag check. No ids shown (if that would happen, we would probably not get in).

I bought 4 tickets for Napoli-Cagliari for 1000 euro. I received an email saying that they did not have these tickets but they had 4 tickets with a better view and in order to buy these tickets I should have paid another 600 euro. I said NO!. They cancelled the order and now the tickets I bought originally still available at double of the price!!!. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought tickets on the day of the game and everything went smooth. Since it was very last minute, the team reached out via Whatsapp and handled everything in time.
