Ticket were cancelled on me 48h before the game and ticketgum has not answered any of my e-mails about the topic regarding how I will get my money back. Worst possible experience and the booked travel we had to London form Sweden took a turn and we had to reschedule everything and loosing money on it as well.

This company is a scam.

Do not buy tickets from them.

They have no telephone and not deliver the tickets

Jeg troede at jeg købte 2 billetter til Premier League kampen mellem Tottenham-Brighton 18. april 2026, men jeg modtog aldrig billetterne og blev franarret DKK 3354 (GBP 387). TicketGum har ikke vendt tilbage trods talrige henvendelser og man kan ikke kontakte dem direkte.

TicketGums side så troværdig ud og de udbød billetter til mange forskellige fodboldkampe. Selvom anmeldelserne var rimeligt lunkne var det på linje med lignende firmaer. Priserne var høje men realistiske i forhold til hvad jeg ville forvente. Efter grundige overvejelser endte jeg med at bestille 6. marts 2026 og pengene blev trukket fra min konto ret efter.

TIcketGum oplyser ved bestilling at de sender billetterne mellem 3 dage før kampstart og dagen for kampstart. Dagen før kampen skrev jeg til dem uden at høre noget tilbage. Man kan ikke ringe til dem og deres såkaldte live chat er aldrig online. Jeg skrev flere gange på dagen for kampen - alle uden held og ingen respons. Til sidst var det for sent at nå til kampen, men jeg havde heller ingen billetter så det ville have været lige meget. Min 10-årige søn var meget skuffet.

Jeg vil for enhver pris anbefale at undgå al handel på TicketGum. De stjæler dine penge og du får ikke hvad du tror du køber. Det er bedragere, som driver et falsk firma. Du bliver bestjålet - så hold dig væk!

My tickets weren't delivered the day before the match. I was told my order wouldn't be processed, even though I made the payment on February 7, 2026. It's already two days after the event, and I haven't received a refund or any information about when it will be delivered. I strongly advise against using this website.

DO NOT USE TICKETGUM!!!! It is a scam! We spent almost $700US for 2 tickets to an Arsenal game last week (April, 2026) and the tickets were never delivered to us. We are now disputing with our credit card company to get a refund. No customer service and no ticket delivery. Such a scam, so beware!

When we arrived, the tickets were either invalid or never properly delivered, and we were denied entry. Imagine flying internationally, spending thousands on flights, hotels, and planning a special trip—only to be left outside the stadium with no support and no solution.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I BOUGHT 4 TICKETS ON A LIVERPOOL MATCH AND WHEN I ARRIVED TO LIVERPOOL THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TICKETS! I DID NOT EVEN GET A REFUND!

Elendige! Købte billetter til Manchester city - Arsenal i januar. I går, da vi sidder i lufthavnen får vi mail om at de har lavet en systemopdatering så de ikke kan tilbyde billetter!!! Vi får en voucher på 120% af prisen som vi kan bruge i næste sæson. Snyd og humbug! Det blir et stort nej tak herfra - hold jer langt væk. Det samme var sket for to nordmænd med deres drenge på 10-11 år.

Tickets found for a premiere league game, money taken immediately nearly a 1000 pounds and day before the game after half the party travelled over from Spain an email was received saying they couldn't fulfill my order. 5 emails sent requesting a refund, not one reply or a simple acknowledgement, no phone number provided, absolutely disgusting service and they need to be closed down. Do not give up and dont give them the satisfaction of continuing to contact the sham of a company. Raise a payment dispute direct with you bank, I did this and received the money back in my account within a week.

Bought two tickets for the Chelsae man city game on sunday 12 April. Never got the tickets. Failed to be able to communicate with ticketgum despite numerous attempts. We feel like having been robed of 800 pounds. Stay away…

私はイングランドプレミアリーグのチケットを試合の６ヶ月前に£611で購入しました。
試合１ヶ月前に身分証明書の提出もしました。
チケットは遅くても３日前に届くと書いてありましたが、３日前になっても届かないので何度も連絡を入れました。
試合1日前に会社再建のためチケットが用意できない。
返金ではなくバウチャーで返すと連絡が入った。
私はこの試合のために日本からイギリスに行きました。
なのに直前に勝手にキャンセルされ、しかも返金ではない。
サイトには会社再建の話など書いてない。
しかも当日に行く予定だった試合のチケットを販売していました。
バウチャーはいらないので返金してと何回も連絡しているが一切返答なし。
完全に詐欺です。
今も連絡していますがメールをブロックされているようで届かないです。
口コミを見て同じ被害を受けた人が何人もいるのを知りました。
これ以上、被害が増えないことを願います。

Bom dia, efetuei uma compra em janeiro de 2026 de ingressos. Porem não recebi esses ingresso.
Já tentei contato com a empresa ticketgum via email várias vezes sem obter resposta a minha solicitação.
A cobrança dos ingresso foi eftuada em minha fatura de cartão de crédito e paga. Porem não consigo resolver essa questão quero o reembolso e storno de uma compra onde não recebi o produto e já foi pago. Gostaria que comprovassem junto a operadora, pois a experiencia que tive junto a ticket gum para adiquirir um ingresso não foi boa..

My wife used TicketGum to purchase tickets for the Tottenham vs. Crystal palace game on the 4th or March. It wasn't until the morning of 4th that someone finally replied saying that they could not fulfill the order. On top of that, they didn't issue a refund. Avoid

This so called company had guaranteed my tickets for a Manchester United game. I emailed on a Friday, before driving from Aberdeen to Manchester for the match on Sunday, and they said that the tickets were being dispatched over the weekend and I would receive my tickets up to 1 hour before the game. I then received an email from them on the Sunday morning, the day of the game, to say my tickets had been cancelled. They also promised a full refund within 7-12 working days, this was on the first of March and I still haven't received a refund from them and it is the first of April. My bank are in a dispute with them.
If i could give them zero stars I would.
This was a Christmas gift for my son who is a big Man U supporter, thanks for ruining his day.
Please avoid this company at all cost.

Bought three tickets for the Premier League via Ticketgum 5 weeks before the match. Paid 1400 pounds for the tickets. Everything is confirmed and payment is required to get the tickets. Booked flights from Sweden and hotel in London. Two days before the game I get an email that they cannot provide tickets for the 25/26 season.
Despite several attempts to reach Ticketgum they ghost me and I have not received my money back.

If you want to be ripped off, buy tickets via Tcketgum. Biggest scam on the Internet!!

We ordered tickers in November for Liverpool v Brighton as a family Christmas gift, Flew from the US and Ireland for the game only to have them pull the tickets 48hr before game time ...Not going to get into cost, but what kind of company runs there business this way! EXTREMLY disappointed to say the very least

Für das Spiel ManU-Aston Villa (15.3.2026) im September 2025 2 Tickets für insgesamt rund Fr. 500.- gekauft. Drei Tage vor dem Spiel haben wir eine E-Mail erhalten: Firma werde umstrukturiert, in Zukunft keine Tickets für Premier Ligue Spiele ausgeliefert. Flug und Hotel gebucht, standen wir am Tag vor dem Abflug ziemlich blöd da...! Als "Gegenleistung" erhielen wir einen Gutschein über 120% des bezahlten Betrages für andere Tickets beziehen zu können.
Kundendienst reagiert nicht.
Über einen anderen Anbieter konnten wir kurzfristig für noch einmal Fr. 500.- doch noch 2 Tickets kaufen - so dass der Ausflug nach Manchester für mich und meinen Sohn doch noch glücklich endete.
