SCAM SCAM avoid.If I could give a zero star rating I would. I purchased two tickets for Manchester united v Aston villa back in January, they immediately take 385pound from my account. They say upon purchase that all tickets are guaranteed. I received an email from them the evening before I'm to fly over to attend the game to say that they have cancelled my order and are going to give me a voucher for next seasons premier league, no mention of a refund whatsoever ,this is blatant theft., this is completely unacceptable. I had a hotel flights and accommodation booked, it's an absolutely disgusting way to treat your customers.I've emailed them and contacted the number provided online but I've received Zero communication.

My son bought two ticket for Arsenal Everton game this Saturday back in December and has just received an email saying that these tickets can't be fullfilled for some reason. No refund offered just a note saying they can have 120% credit for next season. Sounds like a complete SCAM to me. Looking into how to get their money back if at all possible. My advice stay away from this company.

I got a very bad experience. They cancelled my order without informing a proper reason. And they didnt give me the refund so far. What they have done is they did that ticket for next season. Is their choice when I can watch the game? No its customers' choice. Not theirs. They should give me the refund. Ticket gum are so bad and not trustable. I lost my whole money I paid.

Beware of the SCAM. The company is running a scam. I only bought tickets two weeks ago and was advised 2 days before the game that the company is undergoing a restructure and will instead provide a voucher for next season. I do not live in the UK and I need a refund. TicketGum is a SCAM. My order was 496314

After booking tickets for the Man united vs Aston Villa game for my 11 year old son as a Christmas present. I recieved an email today from 'Harry' - The email was generic employed that Ticket Gum was being taken over by another company and could no longer fullfil the order.

'As part of this transition, and due to legal and administrative constraints, the current company will unfortunately not be able to fulfill ticket orders for this season.'

I have Flights and accomdation booked and payed for from Ireland. It was absoluately heartbreaking to see my sons reaction when I told him we wouldn't be going to the game. We will still fly over and try to make a nice weekend atleast.

The offer was even more patetic -

"As a valued customer, we are issuing you a 120% credit voucher for the amount you paid.

Upon successful completion of our restructure, this voucher could be valid for use during the next Premier League season and could be applied toward any available match or event on the new platform."

THE BEST PART... WAIT FOR IT... I WENT ONTO THE WEBSITE AND THE ARE STILL SELLING TICKETS FOR THE GAME!

BE AWARE THIS COMPANY JUST EMAILED ME TO SAY THEY WILL NOT BE FULFILLING ANY MORE PREMIER LEAGUE TICKET ORDERS FOR THE CURRENT SEASON!!!!

Placed an order for 2 tickets last year for this weekends mens Arsenal v Everton game. Very excited 10 year old going to see his first PL game with his dad. Flights and accommodation booked. Late this afternoon I received the below email.

Needless to say a voucher for next season is of no use to us and we will have to source tickets elsewhere for this weekend. Have requested a full refund from them,close to €800 paid,no response to emails,phone number does not work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ticketgum gave us a fantastic experience by arranging excellent tickets for a top match in London (Totteham vs. Arsenal). Everything was delivered on time, and we even sat together in the same section with a group of 11 people. Perfectly organized!

Don't go anywhere near this company, they will issue tickets then cancel them, then reissue all while little to 0 communication. In the end we had to pay at the box office as they told us the ticket was a scam! And of course my emails to this so called company are now going undelivered...funny that!

I had an amazing experience booking tickets for the North London Derby through this company. The seats were literally right by the pitch, the price was the best I found online, and the customer service was top-notch throughout.

Tickets did come just a few hours before kickoff, but they were authentic, accurate and delivered well in time, just as the website promises and advertises.

I requested a refund and I received the following response

“At this stage, we’re unable to proceed with a refund while an active negative review is in place for an unresolved case. Once the review has been removed, please let us know and we will be happy to move forward with processing your refund.”

I have also attempted to reply to the email, but I am now receiving automated delivery failure notices stating the connection was refused.

I received my tickets within the time frame given(on the morning of matchday), however I’d have hoped it was sooner as I’m a guy that likes to plan things well and make sure I’m organised. However, once I did receive my tickets, the instructions were clear on how to download them and even though I was still nervous that they might not work at the stadium, everything was seamless. Had a great time and will definitely consider coming back to TicketGum again
