I attended the Liverpool vs Aston Villa match for the first time, and it was an unforgettable experience. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding us all the way to our seats. I’ll definitely be purchasing tickets again in the future.

This company sells illegal tickets to Premier League football matches. I bought 2 tickets, 4 months ago, way above face value. After emailing them a week before the game to ask about the tickets, I was told that the tickets were not going to be released by the stadium until three days prior to game. The day before the game I still did not have them. They then said they may not get delivered until two hours before kickoff!! At this point my gut was telling me I had been scammed. We received them 5 hours before. When we tried to enter the stadium the tickets would not scan. I was not surprised. My gut is usually right. The ticket help line was full of people with the same issue. This happens so often that the ticket office had pre-printed letters stating that the tickets were illegal and suggested ways to recoup our money. When I emailed ticketgum.com this morning, they claimed no responsibility. Saying that we had contacted them too late to receive a refund, and eventually they stopped corresponding. It had been 20 hours. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM ticketgum.com

Worst possible experience as we showed up to the match and the ticket would not scan. This happened to numerous people as the ticket help was full of the same issue. We were lucky that Fulham were very good and gave us tickets to around 100 pound each. Ticket gum is a scam and I would not recommend anybody buying of these and just to go to the club. Still no form of redress sent back from ticket gum either.

I ordered 2 tickets for Napoli vs. Inter, midfield seats, through Ticketgum (after receiving recommendations from my brother). I arrived at the San Paolo stadium with my son, and it was packed with fans, and everything went smoothly! The most important thing is reliability, and you have that! Thank you very much.

We got 3 tickets to the match got a text on Saturday morning saying my tickets would be with me that day, they came through about lunchtime, customer service were onto me to make sure the transfer went smoothly, we went to the stadium on Sunday to upgraded seats practically sitting on the pitch, I would definitely use them again, the only suggestion would be about a week before a little message to reassure you that you have your tickets but really couldn’t fault them

Jeg fik ret hurtigt bekræftelse på at købet var gået i gennem og søndag morgen kl 9 kom billetterne på mail.

Vi var endda så heldige at få bedre billetter end vi havde bestilt.

Jeg vil helt sikkert benytte igen, når vi skal til fodbold i England.

Unfortunately, this company sells illegal tickets to Premier League football matches. I bought three tickets for a West Ham match for my New Zealand relatives and was immediately suspicious when the tickets arrived and bore the names of unknown individuals. Unsurprisingly my relatives were initially denied entry because the tickets were fraudulent but fortunately, the stewards at the game took pity on them and allowed them in. I paid way over the odds for tickets that were illegally resold. Don’t buy from Ticketgum, it’s not worth risking your money.

Site was ok navigate, but then, zero customer service support across what’s app and email.

Email addresses sales and orders- are not valid and emails bounced.

I’m concerned regarding the reviews that 2 tickets bought together for adult and child are not seated together, despite guarantees on their site.

It’s such a shame, this should be a positive experience and fun for supporters!

Never again.

I actually bought tickets for my whole family but I bought them with a little fear since it was my first time, and I was very nervous until the day of the match when I didn't receive the tickets. My family and I went to the Arsenal stadium and on the way to the stadium we received them and we were happy, we enjoyed the tickets and it was great.
