Lost $$$ from a cancelled concert supposedly because ticket fsiry pass the money straight on to organisers, but from what I have seen on reddit and other posts, ticket fairy delay paying promoters etc as long as possible too! Sounds like dodgy practices all around

$500 dollars down the drain poor refund policy won't stand buy what the sold get yout tickets elsewhere

$950 lost due to this ticket operator collecting the funds and passing all proceeds to the promoter before the said event. All funds collected for such events should by law have to hold in Trust account until the show has been held, then released to the promoter. Ticketek do just that and have just announced that all customers who purchased for the NP concert will receive a full refund. I will never purchase again using Ticket Fairy. Do not recommend!

$450 out of pocket through these guys. I know the juicy festival went into liquidation however they should not promote if they cannot guarantee the vendor. So many emails the date would be changed, total BS, they must have known and led everyone along. Not willing to take accountability at all. I will never purchase through TF again.

Do not use this two bit wannabe ticket provider. Like everyone else, if the event (such as we found out with Timeless Summer) is canned, you will lose your coinage like I have along with many others. I believe these clowns were in on the scam and were only taking a cut themselves. Theres even more security when you use Viagogo and thats saying something. AVOID like the plague.. You will lose every cent you place with these scam artists should you buy through them.

Bought tickets through them for the Timeless Summer tours- they are taking no blame for the ticket fiasko .

Appalling, if you make a payment to this company, assume it is a donation as it is unlikely you will ever get a ticket to an event that proceeds and you will have a zero chance of a refund. Say goodbye to you money. Name change to Ticket Goblin required.

I have booked with these guys in the past no problem at all and will book again just an unfair time they are having with the juicy feast liquidation .really not ticket fairys fault

Scammed NZ ticket holders over million of dollars. Shame on you TicketFairy

Do not trust this company with your hard earned money. Should hold ticket money in a trust fund but failed to do so leading to thousands of customers losing out on refunds for cancelled events

Money was released to the promoter and then went bust. Money should been held in trust , Tickey Fiary has washed their hands of the situation and no provision for refunds. Learnt the hard way to no longer support local events . Will never every use or suggest Ticket Fairy again .

Thought my money was safe and would be refunded if the event didn't go ahead as it would be held in trust and not released to the event organizers in advance. But it wasn't. They cancelled the event (Timeless Summer Tour) and no refund was issued. It was handed over to the organizers and now it will probably be spent on expensive voluntary liquidation fees and never returned. it puts me off ever buying tickets again

I will NEVER EVER AGAIN buy any concert tickets associated with ticket fairy. After purchasing my tickets then the concert being canceled ticket fairy held no responsibility for it yet they were quick to take the money. Next time a concert pops up if ticketfairy is apart of it I won't be purchasing simple.
