I’ve dealt with thuasne for 5 years and they never fail to delight . Georgia was fantastic in customer care and Sophie is equally good . Great products , support and they show they care all through the customer journey !

The bra I was given at the hospital was excellent so I went on line to find you and bought another 2pairs they are so comfortable and I feel more confident in myself now Thankyou

I have used Thuasne ankle braces since 1988, the reason was because surgery was difficult and recovery difficult and lengthy.
Although I cannot do without them they do have a fault and that is the velcro fastener is too small and doesn't always stick. Eventually I complained and I was pleasantly received by Sophie who replied immediately and wanted more information.
I asked her was it possible to replace the velcro because the actual ankle braces stood the test of time and were perfect. Unfortunately there was no replacements available so she sent me a pair of new support braces as a gift of good will and compensation. What better customer service is that. 5 stars, 100% or any more kudos relating to terrific service.
I must add that the fault of th velcro could have been caused by my own laundering in washer and tumble dryer instead of hand washing.

First class product and service. Order delivered promptly and well packaged... my mistake that l ordered the wrong item! Called Customer Services and Sophie was excellent. Correct item ordered and return for full refund swiftly and efficiently managed. Great customer experience all-round and would highly recommend Thuasne... as our Physio did in the first place!

Very happy, ordered, received an email saying item would be delayed, but then received it the day after!

I had purchased the quite wonderful Thuasne Malleo Dynsatab ankle brace having sustained ligament damage many years ago and had so many sprains from various innocuous injuries over many years. The brace literally is life-changing and I cannot rate it highly enough, saving me from innumerous sprains.
Equally importantly, I had an issue with the velcro on one of the straps and contacted Thuasne directly (after the retailer I purchased it from went out of business). Rather than turn me away, they dealt with the issue immediately and organised sending a replacement that very day!
It is rare to get such attentive service, especially as the original purchase was made elsewhere and I am super-impressed by the whole experience.

My experience with Thuasne can only be described as one of the best! From receiving the Action Reliever (an extremely good product) to the exchange (I had measured myself incorrectly) and receipt of the new one, the whole experience with the staff of Thuasne was brilliant!

I recently made an email enquiry on the company website. I was not really hopeful for a response as website enquiries are rarely responded to. The response I received could not have been more helpful and professional. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

excellent service orders dealt with promply and delivery very fast

I purchased the Thuasne Lombastab back belt over six months ago to help with the degenerating discs in my back (a gift of old age). The belt has done a great job providing support on either side of my spine perfectly. Not only is it a great product but I had a small problem where a locating piece had fallen off - I rang Thuasne and Georgia in their customer service sent me a replacement belt immediately. Fabulous service.

Experienced numerous difficulties in ordering my compression sleeve for
Lymphoedema. This is a new product for both my Surgery and Pharmacy and I had to involve Sophie at Thuasne on several occasions. Without her help and persistence I doubt that I would have received the sleeve. Early days but first impressions are good. Hope these difficulties can be ironed as it becomes better known

My husband is pleased with his knee brace (once we got the hang of the fastenings!) It is not the 'miracle' he hoped for but it certainly helps!

Very pleased with the Thuasne Boa ankle brace. I have suffered from a weak joint ever since I broke it years ago. The brace makes walking much easier and most of the pain has gone. The staff are amazingly courteous and helpful and the after sales-service first class.

I placed an order with Georgia. Georgia was extremely helpful, knowledgable and very charming. I immediately knew that I was in good hands. Georgia even laughed at my poor joke.
Most importantly, I received the ordered item on the next day. No dramas and job done.

I have Charcot Marie Tooth and have used the malleo dynastic boa ankle supports for a year and found them brilliant. They offer support for my ankle and foot as well as being easy to put on and secure with the dial that you just twist. They are nice and light and do not restrict movement. After contacting the support department the service I received was outstanding very helpful. Thank you.
