Further to my review, Thuasne has replied to my email. It appears that a previous email went astray. They are being helpful and I hope that I will feel better about the company and its products soon.

Very helpful when asking about product and sizing. The product arrived the next day. Excellent service all round. Excellent quality product would definitely recommed this company to others.

This knee brace is awful. I am ordered to wear it for 6 months and the first few days I couldnt get it to stay up.
I have quit wearing it what a waste of money

I ordered 3 Mastectomy Bras on the evening of
02nd August 2023 after a bit of a mix up with delivery address and billing address i called Thuasne and spoke to a very helpful lady called Georgia May. who sorted this out for me. My items were delivered on the morning of 04 thAugust and are a perfect fit very soft and comfortable happy to recomend items and the company. Thanks Georgia May for all you help

Had an issue with the cord on the Thuasne ankle support. Contacted the manufacturer and after a few questions replaced the brace foc.
Extremely happy with the quick efficient service.

I tried to place an order with Thuasne but there was a problem with payment so I spoke to Georgia May at Thuasne and was really impressed with her help so placed an order by phone but when it arrived I had ordered wrong size, spoke to Georgia again and returned order same day for a replacement , nothing was too much trouble, she was patient, so helpful and I wish other company's had staff that treated their customers likewise

I have been using the Thuasne Knee brace for osteoarthritis for the past 8 months and cannot recommend it highly enough. Without it I wouldn't be able to do my job offshore. I spoke to customer support to see if I could order new Velcro straps, I was told they do not sell them but posted ones free of charge instead.

The Mobiderm Intimate Shorts is a top quality garment and the best I have tried to control my pelvic and genital lymphoedema.

Everyone I have spoken to at Thuasne has been extremely helpful and supportive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compression garments to manage lymphoedema.

l have used my Thuasne knee brace for over four years, not every day,but when I know there is a lot if walking involved.It has been amazing, giving my knee support during strenuously walks,especially over Covid lock down. Last week, one of the fastening clips broke,so I phoned Thuasne in Tunbridge Wells,who just asked me to send a photo of the faulty Clip and within 3 days a new strap arrives at my home.Great, polite service.

Great knee supports. Good for compressing knee swelling & Baker's cyst during walking/skiing. Neoprene is strong but not too thick, so my knees are supported but can still move. Fit well and feel comfortable (I wear one on each knee).

I originally emailed rewarding how to get the Thuasne Knee Brace on prescription. A helpful pack was sent quickly. I was unable to get it on prescription though as my health authority has not approved it for prescription. My contacts at Thuasne on "Chat" were consistently helpful and informative answering my questions before buying.

I have found the Knee Brace helpful in enabling me to walk more easily despite quite severe knee osteoarthritis. I wear it whenever I go out and am walking any distance.

After contacting the company for a product I needed. Sophie was the lady I spoke to on the phone and she was very approachable and helpful. I received the product I ordered but had to return it because it was the wrong colour. I have had thuasne Boa for 6 months - it is an amazing product! Totally protects and supports the ligaments, and is a superior product in my opinion. The company itself are extremely efficient, both in product order, product delivery and customer
after-care/customer service. The sticky bit on one of the strap kept pinging after 6 months, and when I told the company, they asked for a photo and immedately sent a new product! Can't ask for any more than that! It was stress free and I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them!
