This is the first time I’ve ordered


This is the first time I’ve ordered from Threadbare and I was not disappointed. The dress I ordered is extremely good quality. Pretty fabric and love the side pockets. I have only one negative comment, although it’s not a deal breaker, is the length. I’m 5’3” so it is a little long for me, I normally tend to order the petit range so it’s a little shorter for me. That aside I’m still delighted with the dress and will look forward to wearing it during the summer months.

Would not recommend

These ski pants were less than adequate. The strap snapped on the first day, on the side of a mountain, which is poor. They are not waterproof whatsoever ever and are over all, pretty poor quality. I have the coat to match, and the coat isn’t as bad, but is still not waterproof. Would not recommend

A strap snapping on first use and concerns around waterproofing are understandably frustrating.

A great first experience

I had my first experience shopping from Threadbare recently and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Great service, good value, quality clothes and well packed. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Horrible sizing

Horrible sizing, devent materials. Had to sent my cardigan back too small, my whole stomach was snowing. Took ages for the rerun and let the customer pay for the return shipping cost is shameful.
I don’t recommend it.

We’d like to clarify that for non-faulty items, a £2.99 return fee is deducted from the refund total to help cover processing and shipping costs. We always aim to be transparent about this in our returns policy, but we appreciate that it can still be disappointing.
