I ordered the wrong size for my son inlawâs birthday
I ordered the wrong size for my son in lawâs birthday. I re-ordered a smaller size but never got the refund for the first order, sent back by Royal Mail
The second pants were perfect but it would have been good to get a refund for the first order.
I just gave up!

I reached out regarding a return due to being unwell, and Ellie handled everything with understanding, professionalism, and genuine kindness. While the policy couldnât be fully bent, she still offered a fair solution as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated.
Itâs rare to come across customer service that feels both human and helpful, and Ellie definitely made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
