Hello Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected, particularly as you had paid for next-day delivery and no longer needed the items.
We have checked the delivery details and can see that your order was due to arrive on the 2nd and was delivered on the 3rd, so unfortunately it was one day later than expected. As we weren’t contacted about the delay, we were unaware that there had been an issue with the delivery.
We completely understand how frustrating this can be when you’re relying on an order arriving by a particular date. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to the courier.
If you’d like to discuss your order or the delivery further, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help.

Products were great and packaged well
Products were great and packaged well. Unfortunately it took quite a long time to arrive. Now I know you use Evri I probably won't shop with you again as its such a dodgy courier and cakes are often time critical
