Helpful and friendly.
Delivery came as I was going out to work. The driver placed everything where I’d asked. He was very polite and accommodating. I rang to place another order after placing an online order, Dean added it to my original order and didn’t add delivery for the second order. Will definitely use these guys again.

We had Prakash as a delivery driver
We had Prakash as a delivery driver. He called us several times to make sure we had a heads up on the journey . Then when he got round the corner, he gave us another call. It was so nice to have good customer service .
Prakash went above and beyond when delivering our stuff and super helpful.

Great service.

Poor communication and online availability
I called a store to enquire about a specific floor underlay. I was advised, it wasn't in stock but could be ordered. I placed an order the very same day. The order got confirmed, but the next day I got it inexplicably refunded. There was no communication about the order getting cancelled or the company reaching out. Poor service, without underlay needed for this weekend

The delivery was excellent and I was really impressed by their customer friendly approach.

Overall very pleased, great price.
Ordered 13 large softwood sleepers . I specified on the order that they were all the same colour and with minimal splitting .
About 5 had quite large splits along their lengths . The agency driver was apparently also “not used to delivering wood” asked my 60 yr old wife for help unloading ..in the end he managed to drop them off himself .
Overall would use again as great price and staff who I spoke to in the office were helpful and delivery on time as scheduled. I appreciate that softwood sleepers do split / crack but wasn’t expecting that much . They will be hidden so no major dramas .
