However the info on the POC helmets was wrong: the size charts on the Ventral MIPS and the weight of size M was not correct. When asked the support rep about the helmet weight, as it was controversial, he could not confirm it for me, though it is clearly marked on the box. As a result I got the helmet that is too heavy and too big.

Bought my son a trek supercaliber, didn't want to spend money on a new bike. The bike I ended up with was pretty much new. A few scratches just like was pictured. I will buy again. Having TPC check a used bike first is reassuring that your getting something good.

Great price on the components I needed. The only drawback was I ordered on a Friday, then requested a change Saturday morning on a cable length and they replied quickly, it could not be done. The order was not shipped for another five days, so there was plenty of time to make the change. My mistake for ordering the wrong length (I give myself two stars) but they didn't try to help me either. I would order from them again but I would be more careful in my selections. Still, they had what I needed and they delivered.
