Terrible quality bike. I bought the Atlas hybrid and no amount of tuning or adjusting has turned it into a passable product. The chain constantly slips, the tires ride low even when fully inflated, and inflating in the first place is a huge pain because of bad valves. The seat was rock hard and had to be replaced. The handle bar height can’t be adjusted. It constantly clicks and clacks on every ride. As soon as I fix one thing, something else slips. It’s absolutely criminal what they’re selling these pieces of junk for. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on their website. They only publish the good ones.

The bike is perfect and smooth.

I got a bike sent to me and was told the bike would fit me. It didn’t and the customer service team told me that the returning it would likely result in me getting only a quarter of my money back. I didn’t ride it. I barely assembled it. Terrible return policy. Don’t buy Retrospec.

Excellent product. Durable, comfortable, fun! We have a raft, dog ramp for the raft and paddle boards. Love them all.

Save your money. Bought two 7 speed Chatham bikes. One bike had a bad crank bearing out of the box. Their customer service is "Chat Only". Told me to go get it repaired and offered a $42 discount. Know I can't get a bearing replaced locally for that amount. Plus I have to haul the bike. The other bike had a bent rim. Made in China garbage. Bought two Priority bikes 2 days later. What a difference in quality. Was planning on buying 5 and bought two to check out the quality. Buying 3 from Priority after the two junk bikes from Retrospec. BTW they tell you it was your fault for not having the bike professionally setup! Have you seen the "professional" biker dudes in the bike shop??

I love my bike. It’s beautiful and well made. Customer service is also a joy to deal with. I had an issue with my wheel when the bike arrived, they had me take it to a repair shop, and they reimbursed me for the services. Great company.

Terrific customer service! There was a missing item in the shipment. The team handled everything professionally and courteously and shipped the item right away. My family is very happy with their Christmas presents!

Terrible quality even right out of the box. Breaks are squeaking no matter how I adjust them it’s always touched the rim as I ride. My wife and I each got the Chatham beach cruisers. The handle bars started rusting within the first couple of months and now they need to be changed for better bars. Wayyyy over priced for the quality. These are $50 Chinese bikes being sold for $250-$400! Wish I could get my money back. I’d feel bad selling to someone who doesn’t know any better.

In the excitement of making a paddleboard purchase I made an error in shipping the board to an incorrect address and realized it after finalizing the order. When I contacted the company, they were extremely efficient in coordinating a change without any hassle. They responded promptly, and addressed my mistake both professionally and personally. I was very relieved and ultimately received the board at the correct address.

Not only is the bike (Joe Rev) way better than I expected, the customer service was top notch! I ordered it and it arrived in 1 day, I was able to set it up in less than an hour and I was out test riding it right away because the battery came fully charged. The bike is really high quality and I haven't had any problems with it. I live in the desert so I put Maxxi tires on it with tanus liner and thicker tubes because of the thorns here. Great bike!
