Ultimately, he helped me make a wise choice for a road bike, & I couldn't be happier. The Giant bike was in superb condition, & it arrived at my home on time. The price I paid for the bike was simply outstanding given its like-new condition. I am so, so glad I stopped in at the TPC store and got the firsthand support as well candid recommendations and advice without any sales pressure whatsoever!!

Quick and easy transaction, shipping was on time

Support was very helpful while I was looking and and was able to explain some specifics about the tubeless tires and disc brakes since both were new to me since I had my last bike for 12 years.

The bike was well packed and was very easy to do the final assembly. The minor scuffs and damage were exactly as shown in the pictures so no surprises.

I've had the bike about a year now and would buy it again and will also come back to pros closet when im looking for my next upgrade.

I am a 60 year old female and can't say enough about the TPC. My days of being hardcore are on the decline but I still love to ride. I recently purchased a new bike. It came in great shape, followed all the instructions, I believe I used YouTube as I could watch the video pause, check, next instruction. Super easy to put together and was riding once the weather was good. I couldn't be happier. It's been 15 years since my last new bike and I am so stoked with this one. I love it. I received a phone call from the TPC making sure everything was good. I don't think I have ever been personally called in a long long time. Good Job Pro's Closet.
