When I received my emtb from TPC, it wouldn’t turn on due to a faulty wire. It’s an emtb, so it happens. TPC was super helpful and reimbursed me for the parts/labor to get it up and running.

Totally not trustworthy
I received a wheelset that looks like a counterfeit: every single aspect of it is terrible even though the MRSP is around $1800.

Excellent experience. My initial conversations were with Tyler. He listened to my goals, took into account age, size etc., then made a few recommendations. As other bikes became available he updated his recommendations, this led to my final purchase…and I love the Orbea Rallin M-Series. I worked with Andy on the actual purchase, he was also very helpful.

I visited the store in CO while in Denver while on a work trip, & I received outstanding support from one of the TPC in-store experts, Ari. Ultimately, he helped me make a wise choice for a road bike, & I couldn't be happier. The Giant bike was in superb condition, & it arrived at my home on time. The price I paid for the bike was simply outstanding given its like-new condition. I am so, so glad I stopped in at the TPC store and got the firsthand support as well candid recommendations and advice without any sales pressure whatsoever!!
