The replacement was delivered speedily but ...
The replacement was delivered speedily, though I thought the delivery charge quite high.
However, the replacement Papermate ink cartridge is just a bit too large in diameter to work properly in the pen, though it is advertised as direct replacement for the original.
It is too much trouble to return and ask for a refund, but if the supplier can provide a replacement that actually fits my Papermate, I would be truly grateful.

Good variety of stationery

Fantastic purchase experience
I recently purchased a Lamy Dialog Fountain Pen (Piano Black with solid 14K gold nib) from The Online Pen Company. This is not a review of the pen itself, but of my experience with the retailer.
I bought the item during a sale and had an enquiry regarding the order, which was handled by Joe. He was excellent throughout—very attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to following up on the issue. While it did take a little time to resolve, Joe made a real effort to see it through properly, and in the end my enquiry was fully addressed.
I finished the process as a very happy customer. The Online Pen Company offers a great level of service, with attentive and professional staff, and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again in the near future.
