The North American Guitar Omdömen

Great website with accurate product descriptions and videos that showcase the true sound of the instrument. They provided fast shipping and careful packaging of the guitar I purchased.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, which makes for a pleasant experience.

I was great working with KIM at TNAG to buy my new Kostal guitar. I am so glad she was thinking of me when the perfect guitar unexpectedly became available.

Beautiful guitar

Pleased with the B&G solid brass bridge and it made a noticeable difference. Delivery was slower than other guitar parts suppliers I use but I was in no hurry, arrived well packaged.

Thanks so very much!! Love your store and website. Very friendly and responsive. The National ukulele arrived in perfect condition and sounds amazing. Thanks folks

This was truly the best guitar-shopping experience I have ever had. The moment I discovered TNAG online & researched the many different makes of guitars that would suit my needs, I was completely hooked with this company! Their website is so well done that I actually felt like I was IN their store listening to & watching every guitarist demo these beautiful instruments. But once physically in their store, the experience was ten-fold! The 'rustic/contemporary' ambiance alone sets the tone for a unique sampling of some of the most beautiful guitars made in the world - all WITHOUT any pressure whatsoever. The staff members are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable without being in your face - and that made my experience unforgettable. Thank you TNAG. I'll be back:)

The experience was perfect from start to fulfillment. And the object of my affection? Pure poetry.

Always perfect service. Best guitar store out there. Kim Sherman is the best!

TNAG continues to lead as the standard in high end acoustic guitar shops. This is my second purchase from TNAG, and could not be happier with the management and care offered by Kim Sherman and her staff. The recordings captured the guitar well, the deal was solid, shipping flawless, and satisfaction secured. My new Baranik OM is simply superb, and glad to see TNAG offer his work.

TNAG team are the best of the best in customer service and knowledge. They follow thru and never hard sell. They're product sells itself and they make it an enjoyable experience every step of the way.

TNAG made a couple of videos so I could hear the actual guitar. The USPS botched the payment deliver and FedEX lied about delivery times as usual. TNAG were constantly in touch and did everything they could to keep track of the process. It is definitely the mark of a superior music store/business organization to devote so much attention to a customer's well being. This is clearly a measure of competence and respect on their part, and I am very impressed with TNAG's abilities.

Jordan went the extra mile before, during and after the sale. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

Kim worked with me to get the guitar I was looking for. Very accommodating and helpful.
Not my first guitar from NAG and I’m sure I’ll be back!

I had an absolutely first-rate experience buying my guitar from TNAG. Their customer service was attentive, personal, prompt, and helpful. Even though I couldn't shop in person, they were exceptionally supportive and accommodating in helping me figure out what I wanted/needed.

I found their website thorough and easy to use, and their demo videos were beautiful and very helpful in my decision. I had my guitar in hand just a few business days after ordering, and it was generously and safely packed, in perfect condition and true to the beautiful photos and description on their website.

I feel like I just bought the guitar of my dreams, so I don't expect to need another one, but never say never...and if I do find myself looking again, I'd definitely consider buying from TNAG again. This purchase could not have been easier or more satisfying. I'm a very happy customer.

The guitar is great and thanks to Richard’s advice and deal making it was a smooth transaction

Kim is fabulous...!!! Knowledgable and patient and takes the needed time with your customers.

You get quick help from the nice staff when you need it. They have the best guitars and are very professional!!

The The North American Guitar-Nashville team delivers!
I had been looking for a 'walnut guitar' and discovered the THAG website to inquire and consider available guitars and options. To shorten an epic story, two months later to the day an affordable (to me) sublime custom McNally J22 arrived at my home in pristine condition!
A very special and personal thanks to Kim Sherman and Ciaran McNally for your
time, effort and skill in making this special build reality! It embodies your soul too.
Best, r

i purchased my McPherson online. From the moment I went to their website, and watched a video of them playing the guitar to the final sale, I have been impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and care in the whole process.
