Menteurs et arnaqueurs
N'achetez rien chez cette pseudo entreprise: leurs présentation de thème est fausse ( indiquée comme multiboutique mais qui ne l'est pas). Des bugs et incohérences au niveau du site après installation de leur thème. Ces gens refusent de lever le petit doigt car la "garantie" est dépassée. Ce qu'ils ne veulent pas admettre et prendre en compte c'est que le dit thème à été installé quasi 1 ans après sont achat (dernière version "mise à jour chez Volty" et que les bugs ont été constatés et communiqués à Prestashop (leurs comices bienveillant) et Volty....
Et leurs réponses est toujours la même : plus sous garantie et voir avec Prestashop qui après de nombreux échanges dit demander à Volty s'ils veulent tout de même intervenir.... ET depuis silence radio
FUYE cette société basée en Inde, incapable derépondre en français (au contraire de ce qui est prétendu avant achat) et qui fait la sourde oreille

Fantastic Live Support
i have had a couple of themes earlier but i must admit the developer support over here is the best i have received till now. they are spot on in resolving issues and moreover they do it in real time so there is no waiting time as in send a message and wait for reply.

Extremely good support and... in real time!
I had several (minor) issues with my theme but that needed to be fixed very quickly: the support replied within minutes, and fixed the issues in real time via shared screen. Extremely friendly and efficient, my problem was solved in minutes.

We would like to clarify that our agreement covered specific tasks, including correcting the template links and converting one module into a multilingual version. These tasks were completed as per the agreed scope and within the agreed price.
Following this, you requested additional work which was clearly outside the original scope. While we appreciate your continued interest in our services, as per our company policy and professional standards, additional work requires a separate quotation and agreement. We informed you of this politely and offered a fair price for the extra task. Unfortunately, this offer was declined by you.
We also wish to point out that attempting to include additional work under the original agreement or using the threat of refund requests after delivery is not in good faith. We have video evidence and records demonstrating that the original tasks were completed and delivered successfully.
We remain committed to providing high-quality services within the scope of agreed work. However, we cannot accommodate additional requests without proper agreement and compensation.

The worst support I've ever seen! Never online, borderline dishonest practice,
99.99% Speed Support PrestaShop Superhero Expertise Support they say on their site, personally I'm close to think of lying ... Do not trust them! Or you'll end up like me with a very poorly designed theme, and no support to help you. Go elsewhere.

He took the hand to write the comment directly when we were using anydesk, i was confident at first, but rapidly, bills came to do things on the website, which he told me, weren't in the support i pay every year.
The theme is full of bugs, a lot of updates doesn't work with this theme, i can't even put a widget with google reviews, they just asked for 70€ more to put this into the script.
Don't trust them, it's really not worthy.
PS: their english is really bad lol
