I am truly impressed with this…

I am truly impressed with this company's service. They offer a wide range of services, including migration, updates, and custom development — all in one place. Their support is incredibly quick and efficient. I highly recommend them for PrestaShop templates and modules!

I purchased their "Cancel It Pro

I purchased their "Cancel It Pro - Hassle-Free Order Cancellation" module for Prestashop.
Unfortunately I realised, the next day, that it doesn't support "OAuth 2.0" so it can't operate on my store.
I requested an order cancellation, which makes me smile at the irony as I write the review, but this company considers that once it has been downloaded, its yours a.k.a. "you touch you own !"
It took them seven hours of practically continuous exchanges to come to this conclusion. They could have responded straight away to my initial cancellation request but they strung me along, wasting both our times.

Non-existent support!

Non-existent support!
After several emails and Skype contact no response, the support service leaves you with your template problem at a price of 126 euros! It's a shame! I do not recommend this developer

I was sold a product that doesn’t work

I was sold a product that doesn’t work, charged $15 for “shipping” (even though nothing was shipped), and support is refusing to either refund me or assist, claiming the template comes without assistance. Essentially, I’ve been scammed out of $15.
