Relaxed yet professional experience
I had arranged to attend Melton Building Society to open an account for and with my brother who is a child.
The process has been confusing for me and a sensitive one after our mum passed away.
Charlie made this process so much easier to understand and manage.
She gave us the options of accounts available to us and allowed us to weigh up which accounts would suit us. She gave valued knowledge which assisted us in our choosing.
She has such a kind friendly nature which made you feel very welcome and valued as a customer.
After this experience I feel assured that my brothers money is in the best possible place and know that should we have any questions or queries in the future Charlie will be able to help us with information and answers to our questions.

The Customer service has been second to non, Whenever you go in to the Grantham branch, everyone is happy to help and deal with any questions that are asked of them. Went in to close an old account today. James was extremely friendly and helpful, and also gave me some options to transfer money to their own accounts. Unfortunately these were not the right fit for me, but James was understanding. Amazing service.
