This is the third Woom bike I’ve bought and all have been excellent. I collected them from the Berkhamstead store and all were ready and waiting when I arrived.

Throughout great experience. My daughter’s birthday bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. This is the second Woom bike I’ve bought here and it’s great to find a reliable retailer that stocks them, as they’re not as widely available as other low weight kids bike brands. Highly recommend for quality bikes and reliable delivery!

They noticed a very small blemish on the bike and threw in a free set of mudguards!

Great items, delivered when expected, only negative would be that it didn’t come with any instructions on how to fit accessories.

This is our second experience of using the little bike company and again they have been very quick to reply to be both helpful and knowledgeable every time. Bike was shipped quickly, instructions were clear. We‘re just sad we don‘t live close enough to pick up!

Fantastic shop & brilliant bikes. Woom are the best kids' bikes that I've seen - way better than Frog, Isla and Squish.

The Little Bike Company have provided exceptional service to me over two bike purchases with lots of help and guidance on the way. The most recent bike had a minor issue (that was very, very borderline at worst and would probably never really be a problem but I raised the question) and the response was brilliant. We agreed a simple way to resolve and a replacement part was sent to me without delay - but only after they had called me to ensure that I was happy with my suggested resolution, i.e., to change the part. They were happy that I was competent and happy to do so so sent the part but I'm sure they would have found an equally good resolution had this not been the case.

I strongly recommend buying from the Little Bike Company, and ideally a Woom bike, but I appreciate that they are expensive and not everyone has the luxury of such choice.

Great service. Needed an out of stock item so signed up to the ‘notify me when back in stock’ service. Several weeks later, email arrived as requested. Order was placed and two days later the item was in my hands. Perfect. Saved so much time by not having to check over and over for stock updates.

Good communication and explenation of product

I bought Woom 3, kick stand, bell and worm gloves and they were shipped very quickly. Delivered in 3 days including the weekend via DHL. The kick stand was delivered attached to the bike so I just needed to assemble the bike only. Woom 3 is beautiful and others also have high quality. I am so happy to see my kid’s transition from the balance bike to Woom 3 right away on the first day.

Worked with me for the right date of sending and when it arrived it couldn’t have been packed better.
