Amazing company to work with, I’ve done gas work on lot of the properties they look after, the tenants are alway really happy with how things are run.
Everyone in the office is really easy to talk to and super organised, can’t recommend enough.

Myself and my wife have recently enquired about and subsequently rented a property through The Letting Company.
The whole process from start to finish was exemplary. Louise is a professional and friendly person to deal with. She responds quickly to any and every query, and resolves any issues quickly and without any fuss.

I've only just started my tenancy with The Letting Co, but just wanted to leave this review to say I've only ever heard horror stories with letting agents (and experienced a few myself), but The Letting Co is a completely different kettle of fish because Louise and Paul have just been fantastic.

When I first booked a viewing for the property my husband and I have just moved into, I was informed by Paul a few days later that someone had tried to 'snipe' the property (my words not his) by placing the holding deposit before our viewing. As my husband and I were the first to enquire, instead of trying to get more money out of us or start a rent bidding war (unfortunately common these days) Paul called me to let me know, and asked if I wanted to pay the holding deposit myself and secure the property! I really appreciated that he gave us the heads up, and he didn't pressure me into paying the holding fees.

After this, I mostly dealt with Louise via email when it came to setting up the tenancy, paying deposits and signing documents. I must've sent Louise countless emails, but she always replies in a timely manner and is incredibly helpful. If anything ever needs passing on to the landlords, it seems they do it straight away (seems like we also have brilliant landlords as we have been getting their responses, via Louise and Paul, very quickly too).

Moving is usually very stressful, but all in all The Letting Co have been fantastic and I feel very comfortable in my tenancy with them. I know it's luck of the draw when looking for a private let as you cannot guarantee who your agent will be if you like the property, but if you can rent with The Letting Co you should consider yourself very lucky indeed.

The flat I was a tenant in transferred to the Letting Co during my tenancy, I was so dubious as the previous agents we had were SHOCKING.
However I was pleasantly surprised! The Letting Co are an amazing letting company. They respond to issues super efficiently no matter how big or small the problem is!

Any issue we’ve had with the flat was sorted promptly and without issues.

The customer service we’ve received has been second to none! Cannot fault it at all!

I have been renting from the Letting Co for 3 months.
As with a lot of rentals, I have had to have work done and appliances replaced. Mostly during the Coronavirus lockdown which could have made life difficult. But Paul has been so helpful and got the appliances ordered, delivered and installed within a couple of days.

Only 3 months in to the tenancy but I am very happy with how helpful and friendly they are.

Obviously no business or company is perfect but I have to say my husband and I are MOST impressed with The Letting Co, especially with Louise. She has never once made us feel bad for enquiring, ringing and emailing to ask questions about the property we wanted to rent or made us feel like anything we asked was not important. They are very professional but also very friendly which is unique with housing companies as some can make you feel bad. When I have phoned about any concerns Louise has been ready to help and has indeed helped. The application process for a house can be stressful but Louise helped us enjoy it the best we can and put our mind at ease whenever she could by keeping us up to date with everything along the way and offering suggestions when she could. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Very impressed!

Having being a tenant for a number of years now I have nothing but good things to say about The Letting Co and have recommended them on numerous occasions. The friendly and helpful staff have provided a great service and are always prompt with issues, even when out of normal working hours. In my experience, when you're needing help with an issue in the property, they've always tried to find a way to say "shall" instead of saying "shan't".

Everyone I had spoken to was very helpful and did everything they could to ensure my boiler problem was fixed quickly and with no hassle, can’t recommend them enough!
