Fantastic….

Fantastic….. Simply superb….. and that is an understatement. Harpr Surveyors had surpassed expectations and was very thorough and efficient in getting a plan of premises done in no time without even visiting the premises. He knew what were the exact requirements of Dundee City Council HMO Department and could deliver the detailed floor plan with the necessary revisions on an entirely digital platform. Excellence in the realm of virtual surveys.

Very approachable and helpful and fast

Very approachable and helpful. Helped me considerably with my plan requirements. Liased with solicitors and worked to a short deadline. Produced the work within 48 hours. Very nimble. Would recommend and use services in the future.

EPC support

Harrison at Harpr guided me through what was needed and visited as agreed. Also important for an old property is the advice and links to what should be done and can be done and how and costs. Thank you.

Harrison is a pleasure to deal with

Harrison is a pleasure to deal with. Responsive to my initial request, then very flexible when my plans changed, then changed again! He is friendly, polite, patient to the fact I had 2 little ones to look after whilst he was here too. Best part was that he took his shoes off without even asking :-) It was great to be able to chat about the process, that he had shared interest and knowledge of Heat Pumps and PV etc. Will recommend to anyone that I know needing any of his services without hesitation. Thank you!

Excellent service

Excellent service, very quick turnaround - I needed plans quickly to re-submit an application as my local Planning Department were being difficult, and Harpr delivered. I would highly recommend them.

EPC- really simple and easy

I spoke to Harrison on the phone and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process of getting an EPC for my mother in law’s home, he did the EPC at the time arranged and was very professional and the whole process was really simple. Highly recommended
