Very friendly and responsive support. Made me feel at home in my first rental and guided me through the whole process very nicely. Great company.

I rented from The Letting Company way back in 2007. This was my first ever rental property and i was very nervous. However, from the moment i met with the team they were so friendly, informative and thoroughly professional which made the move into my new apartment an absolute breeze! I have just finally ended my tenancy with them now after almost 20 years - in that very same apartment!!
I truly believe in speaking of people as you find them to be and i cannot speak highly enough of Louise. She has always responded to my emails promptly and she has kept me well informed of any upcoming changes within my apartment complex. Communication between both parties is key and for me, and this has been absolutely excellent. In all of the time that i lived there, i have never once felt like The Letting Company was being intrusive - however that could be because i treat the property i lived in with utter respect! Just be respectful tenants and remember that trust with your letting agent is a two way street! I would give them 10/10 stars and would highly recommend The Letting Company to anyone. Louise and Paul have seriously been the best letting agents that i could ever have hoped for! I really do wish The Letting Company all the very best for their future.

I viewed a property owned by The Letting Co on 07/09/2025, applied the following day and had the good news that I got the property by 11/09/2025. It was such a quick and easy application process made easier by Louise who talked me through everything, I informed Louise I was in a slight rush to get the keys to moved in while I had time off work and she arranged it all for me. As it’s my first rental I was apprehensive & nervous about the whole process but The Letting Co, particularly Louise offered such fantastic & friendly service it eased my worries. Property is lovely and though it needs a little TLC here and there due to previous tenants neglect it is perfect. The Letting Co have been nothing but upfront, honest and helpful. I cannot thank you all enough. Though I’ve not been in long and have no experience with the team as landlords I feel comforted in the service I’ve recieved so far.

My husband and I have recently moved into a 'Letting Agency' property.
We have found the staff to be friendly and approachable. It is easy to contact staff via phone or if you prefer email then a fast response.
Any repairs (minor ones for us) have been done really fast and it was helpful having a specific email contact in order to do this. With a very short window when one could expect contact from the repair team. (Though for anyone not on email I am sure that other arrangements would be made). One of the perks to letting from a small company.
All in all. A positive experience so far.

Louise always replies promptly to our questions and handled all the paperwork and advertisement. She has just helped us to rent out the property. We are so grateful to have the Letting Company providing excellent property management services at a very good price.

It’s an absolute pleasure to carry out works for the lettings co. Great communication from the office and although difficult at times for myself I respect the urgency from them to carry out repairs for their tenants. Well looked after properties with great tenants.

My terrarium flooded my living room (and the bank below!) which was a turtle nightmare. The Letting Co hopped on it super speedy and made it as easy as possible to sort the situation (and the turtle survived unscathed!). Great communication and friendly service well above the normal stereotype of a letting agent.

I've rented two properties that the letting company have looked after and have always had great service. They are quick to help with problems and are always understanding. I've only ever dealt with Louise, she's very knowledgeable, you can tell she's been doing this for a long time. When my apartment had a leak, she went above and beyond to fix the problem and repair the damages. If I find myself needing to rent again I would definitely be calling Louise!
