I had been incorrectly included on a…
I had been incorrectly included on a subscription that I did not order. I replied to their email confirming the start of this subscription asking for an explanation as well as cancellation and refund of money taken, but only received an AI message that it would be looked into. I have since sent 2 follow up emails, which have been ignored.
I have now cancelled the order on line and removed my payment details. I still have no reply or refund. I am extremely disappointed, as I have been a good customer.
0n 28/7/2026 i provided further information upon request and as at 5/8/2026, i have heard nothing further. I am beginning to think the Koin Club does not care for its customers nor prepared to handle any complaints. I would now like know the ombudsman’s details that this can be escalated to

Hidden Subscriptions!!! But real coins and services. I’m going to be cautious when interacting with this site. After making orders and payment is complete. U can go straight into your orders page, then go onto subscriptions and get them cancelled instantly. I’m lucky enough to have read reviews before hand. I read about the hidden subscriptions from the reviews.

I wish I never had the misfortune of…
I wish I never had the misfortune of coming across this stupid website. After accidentally purchasing a coin that started a subscription, I was charged another $140 on top of my purchase. I had to pay $70 to return them. The customer service team said I would be refunded for the first postage, but not the second and I still haven’t received it and even though my initial order has been delivered. I have had radio silence from the customer service team and have been waiting for a reply to my email for 14 days and the only option on their website is an AI chat that doesn’t even work. I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to purchase from this shop. Out $205 in total and completely at my wits end with trying to communicate with them.
