Poor customer service
Got told that I changed my mind and didn’t receive a coin. Which is now a bloody inconvenience to get. Had to follow up on it countless times to actually find out why I didn’t receive it. And am still waiting to find out if I’m going to get this coin a month after the fact.. I won’t be buying from this company again.

I received only 2 sets of coins I never receiveds anything else can you verefy if it was delevered at another place or if it was place in front of the house that is why I ask to go in the back the front of the house is about 15 to 20 feets from the street it is realy simpled to take and leave with out a trace

I have been using The Koin Club since 2020 and they are a great company for building a collection HOWEVER they have a bad habit of just cancelling subscriptions without offering the customer a chance to buy the remaining items needed for the set. Overall four stars is all I can offer.

Latest problem with the KOIN Club
Whenever I need support over a problem all I get to access is AI which is a very poor and unhelpful method of dealing with a customer. The system doesn't understand the problem and therefore cannot solve it.
I currently have an incomplete collection of 50p pieces depicting aircraft and despite trying to advise the KOIN Club of this issue I have had no success.

why do they keep sending me things that…
why do they keep sending me things that i didnt order. I ordered the wwe set and they then sent me the batman set(both of which I didnt receive the complete sets). Now they have started another batman set which I do not want. this has to stop now. I do not want any more of your coins.
