The Green Office Omdömen 

Having used Deos a few times during the last 2 years with all previous items having been supplied correctly I was disappointed in my latest purchase where the item suppled was not the one I ordered. This despite my having checked the website which showed that the item was clearly in stock. I now have to wait in tomorrow for it to be collected before a refund will be offered!

I note your reply. However, a refund was only given after I rang again on Monday 12 July (you are closed at weekend) and I spoke to management! I was angry because as requested by you I waited in all day on the previous Friday 9th for the unwanted item to be collected by courier but that did not happen. I was then told I could keep the item which I did not order!

Green Office were very knowledgeable and helpful with my enquiry.

While the item I ordered was not available and a complimentary upgrade was offered, it was not expected that it would take so long to arrive.

Having ordered a paper sorter for my father's study as part of a Fathers' Day gift on 5th June (in ample time for Father's Day which was on the 21st), the item didn't arrive until the 28th. Had I not chased the order twice, I'm not sure it would even have arrived then.

In the week after placing the order, I received 2 phonecalls from 2 different members of staff who both explained about the upgrade and assured me the item would be dispatched the following day. It wasn't. I had to make 2 phonecalls chasing the item before it was finally sent out.

The flippant and dismissive attitude of the woman I dealt with during the second call was completely uncalled for and was in complete contrast to the attitude of the man who initially answered my call. It also overshadowed the fact that they were good enough to offer me the upgraded item free of additional charge.

Good, consistent customer service would have made the issues with this order much easier to accept; unfortunately, one member of staff has singlehandedly ensured that I will not order from this company again, nor will I be recommending them to any of the businesses I deal with in my professional life.

Whatever you do, don't let them have your email address. They'll spam you to within a KB of your life if you do.

The most incredible and excellent service I have ever received from a company. I have purchased COVID tests from this company before, which were always accurate and reliable.

I rang their sales / customer service number and spoke to a very pleasant young man named Callum, who ordered me very last minute some fit2fly PCR tests, in preparation for my holiday. The tests were efficient and were dispatched that day and arrived early morning the next day! They made my life much easier and have always had a good experience with The DEOS Group / The Green Office.

Great customer service from josh to sort out slight complication 15 minutes before gate closed for my dads flight, would 100% recommend.

Searched for some eco-paper. The Green Office had a big selection. I found the address finder a bit clunky to use - minor point.

Fast and efficient website easy to use and found exactly what I wanted. Good price too.

Sent the wrong item, didn't reply to email!! I overpaid for something could have got cheaper because either advertised wrong or dispatched wrong item. Wouldn't use again

It's easier if I say which are the factors which prevented me from giving a 5 star review:
1) Didn't seem to be an option to use PayPal
2) The paper I always order now seems to be only available in quantities of 10 reams, whereas I used to buy 5. I appreciate this may not be the fault of The Green Office, but as a personal rather than business user, I now have to find rather a lot of storage space.
3) The website doesn't now seem to be so easy to navigate if you're simply searching for a specific type of paper (in my case certified as environmentally responsible). It took quite a bit of searching to find exactly what I was looking for.
Having said this, I'll go back without hesitation next time. Free delivery, and it's always been prompt.

I had lost my desk screws from a messy move and had been unable to find any replacements/ spares until I rang up the green office. Joseph took the time to call the manufacturer on my behalf and managed to get his hands on a spare set of screws and bolts which he promptly posted to me, free of charge. Joseph and his team are absolute life savers and clearly are very happy to go well out of their way to help customers as much as they can. Best service I've ever experienced. Thanks again guys.

Love that I can order environmentally friendly items for work and the museum I am a trustee for. Order went through okay and all items delivered on time. The best bit is that I also did a price comparison with other places and some items were all comparable so a winwin for us.

EnvoPap was delivered the next day instead of '3-5 working days'.

My Company ordered some Roche SARS Covid-2 Rapid Antigen tests - the 20 minute test for Covid-19 Pre symptoms.

Each 'Test' requires the use of 4 pre packed items which are contained within the main Pack (Box) and if you look on the Roche website, they are sold as a Pack of 25 Tests in one main sealed box which Roche refer to as a 'Pack'.
Within the Pack (Box) There is a polythene bag containing 25 swabs, each individually sealed. A smaller box containing 25 individual test indicators, each individually wrapped. 25 plastic nozzles on a clear plastic tray with lid. A polythene bag packet with 25 individual ly wrapped 'Buffer Tubes' which contain the test liquid.A Cellophane bag contains a plastic film to stick over the indicator once the test has been performed.

The whole pack is security sealed and should not be split to sell items individually.

The GREEN OFFICE website offers 1 Pack for £47.94 and calls it a Pack of 1.There is a minimum order quantity of 25 which totals £1,198.50. On the Face of it, it seems good value when other suppliers were recently selling a Pack of 25 for around £120.00 per pack.The SCAM comes, when you receive delivery and get a SINGLE pack of 25 tests and not the 25 Packs (625 tests) you were expecting. At this rate 25 packs would cost £29,962.50 !!! Other suppliers are selling 25 packs for around £3,125.00 or less.

GREEN OFFICE claim their website is clear and it says £47.94 per pack of 1. You cannot actually buy a pack of One Test as the contents can't be split from a pack so it should have been advertised at £1,198.50 a Pack rather than £47.94 per individual test from a pack.

Trading Standards are investigating this sharp practice aimed to deceive people. Attempts to return the pack (Still security Sealer) for a refund is apparently, 'Not Possible' as they claim that they would need to destroy them.

I don't mind paying about a fiver a test to test my Staff but £47.94 a test is a joke !
