I booked an antigen test and paid it and then realised I needed a PCR test. When I called to ask what to do to cancel the 1st order, I was told I'd just have to send an email to info at fit2fly and asked for refund, which I did about 20 min I made the order. Apparently, nobody read my email and got 2 test kits by post and no refund for the one didn't need.

Worst quality possible, I have bought mask with zero quality and unsealed pack, they do not accept return even. Never trust such company read rest of their negative feedback first before you purchase.

Found what I needed on their website and were much cheaper than Amazon, even with the next day courier charge added. Really please with the ease of checkout too, as I was able to check out as a guest and did not need an account. That's rare these days but very welcome, especially if you are not sure if you will be using a company frequently.

Completely pathetic. Ordered letter tray from The Green Office on 6th of August, payment taken by card, got an automated confirmation email immediately but nothing else, no dispatch emails and the order didn't arrive... Almost two weeks later I thought it was taking a bit long. Got in touch on the 17th of August, got a response two days later saying sorry for the delay and 'we will be receiving your order today or first thing in the morning and will dispatch it for next working day delivery'... They also gave me the option to cancel, but I didn't do that since I thought they were finally going to send my order. Fast forward to 24th of August, NOPE, nothing received at all and no email to update me on anything, so of course I have to reach out again! Pathetic communication! Got an email back the same day 'I am so so sorry I have just looked and the letter trays didn’t come with the other items from the supplier. I will cancel and arrange a refund for you now.' Okay, so why does it have to be ME that gets in touch almost a week later again?! Why don't they update me on this? Also, the refund still isn't in my bank account, so have to chase that up as well now! The people at this company don't do what they say they'll do and they don't bother updating you on anything unless you demand... NOT how it should be at all. Won't ever order from them again.

UTTERLY DREADFUL SERVICE. I strongly urge anyone looking for a guaranteed 48h result not to use FIT2FlyPCR. They knew my flight was Monday am when I took the test at midday Friday, after I prodded via email on the Saturday evening I received a call early Sunday evening telling me that they’d lost my sample and they advised I find another service provider!!! I had to cancel my flight, book a same day test and book a ferry to Ireland instead. This caused considerable distress particularly so as it was a long awaited family reunion plus shortened my trip by more than a day. They have not only failed to apologise but they refuse to compensate me for the considerable extra costs I’ve had to incur due to their incompetence. Steer well clear of Fit2FlyPCR.

PCR test for travel was completed at the testing centre in Romsey. The lab were slow to release the results causing anxiety as my flight approached. However, Joseph was very professional, keeping in contact and helping at every stage. We made the flight and all was good!

Please don’t let my experience of the lab being slow put you off, I mention this as if it’s going to happen (and I have a feeling it’s not commonplace with this company), it is better to have someone who can liaise directly with them so it can be rectified quickly. Some companies are unresponsive after taking the money and it is not the case with this one.

Overall, a professional and caring service and a bit cheaper than others too. I’d use again.

I had taken a fit to fly pcr test with another company but was unsure whether they were legit and was getting very panicky. I spoke with Joseph at Fit2FlyPCR and he kindly said to pop down to see him and he could get a test taken and submitted within the time scales. When I explained my situation he actually reassured me that the company I had originally tested with were legit - he made a few phone calls on my behalf and sorted everything for me. He didn’t charge me anything and was a pleasure to deal with. A genuine guy who I am mightily appreciative of for his very kind help.

I got a problem with an order , I didnt recive it on time and when I receive it was destroyed. I need to make return but nobody answer.

The product I ordered fitted my needs well. The staff member who I spoke to on the phone before ordering was well informed and engaged. The product arrived on time and in good condition. What more could I ask for!

My first impression of this company is one that is very professional, attentive and capable of delivering.,After trying to call numerous other companies, only to get to an answer message and either saying they are too busy or No,99 in the queue, I found this company based in Romsey, Hampshire. Fittofly are a breath of fresh air.
All my questions were dealt with efficiently over the phone with friendly knowledgeable staff, and I have now booked in members of my family to have their pre-flight PCR tests done.

So far so good and with reassurance and a friendly approach.

Print Cartridges arrived on time in good condition

Basically scam. I was leaving on Thursday 24 June and they arranged a courier to come and pick up my used kit on Tuesday afternoon. The courier turned up several hours before the agreed collection time, my kit was not ready for collection, so the guy just left giving no notice (not even a phone call). They refused to come back at the correct time.

Fit2Fly staff was unable to solve the problem and only advised me to go to a post office, but post offices do not accept used Covid-19 test kits. When told about this, the staff suggested I should avoid telling the post office the actual content of the package and try to send it anyway.

At the end of the day, I had to pay for another test to be performed (this time by people who know what they are doing) in order to be able to fly as scheduled. Their refund policy (obviously) carefully prevents me from getting any refund. So I just wasted a lot of money. Stay away from this "service" and look for serious options instead.

The test results did not arrive before the flight as promised. When requesting a refund i was informed that they take no liability for this. What was the point of this then as it was a requirement of the flight. Absolute waste of time, money and caused so many problems. Will not be using again.
