This was the worst company to deal with to buy some flights tickets and it can cost you 100's of pounds or Euro's because of the way they treating customers

PCR arrived promptly but somehow the…
PCR arrived promptly but somehow the completed test must have got lost at the lab as the result was received at the Kant at 1820 on Saturday and result not received until 9.20 on Monday . We could not board the ferry in Hull to Netherlands so had to travel over 200 miles plus an overnight stay to get a crossing from down South to France which meant more mileage in the EU to get to a business meeting.

DO NOT USE FOR PCR TESTING.
Our test results were late. DEOS Group blamed the testing centre, said their ovens had broken down!!! Only option for us other than loosing our holiday was to pay them a further £400 to get an emergency test.
Upon return from our holiday I contacted the testing centre who informed us they had no issues with their machinery!!
When challenging DEOS Group with this information they just ignore our emails and do not respond.
“The true test of a business’s customer service fitness is not when things are going right - but rather what is done when things go wrong”.
Things went wrong here, the only customer service offered was to make more profit from us.
DREADFUL, STRESSFUL, COSTLY EXPERIENCE.

Really pleasant helpful staff. They always call after you've placed the order to make sure you've ordered the correct product ( the Covid rules change so much that it's refreshing to have a company that actually cares you get it right .. they could just take the money and shrug, but don't) and to let you know about the booking reference numbers which are required for passenger locator forms.
Their service is second to none!
Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly.
Their Excalibur lateral flow tests are amazing.
Upload your results via app, your certificate is immediately emailed. A while lot of stress removed.
Highly recommended.

Easy procedure
Cant really see the purpose of this cus it was a straight forward purchase of a product online. Very easy and simple procedure. I think the postage charge is a little steep but I need to product so I paid up. Other then that I have no comment to make

I booked a Day 2 antigen test
I booked a Day 2 antigen test, the tracking number for which I needed for my Passenger Locator Form (PLF) to fly to the UK tomorrow. A reference number was provided in an email that went to spam, and I needed to follow up with an email to request a quick turnaround on the certificate. Thankfully this was provided the following morning early enough to allow me to travel.
