The chair is very good
The chair is very good - and even comes with a bottle of hand cleaner. That didn't even happen when I bought a new Ferrari! BUT - there were no operating instructions :(

I ordered 2x letter trays and a bamboo…
I ordered 2x letter trays and a bamboo note pad paying for next day delivery.The order was 10am and the form stated it has to be ordered before 2pm.The following day my order was not dispatched and after contacting customer service I was told it was due to the wire tray not being available. The following day my delivery arrived missing the bamboo holder/notepad. I immediately contacted the customer service ( Jo ) and sent a detailed complaint. The customer service rep then reminded me there was a pandemic to which I replied that I was well aware of this due to shielding for 10 months. I stated my frustration with the service and asked for a refund for the note pad and next day delivery fee. The rep stated she would refund the notepad and delivery costs. I have had no email confirming this and after requesting the transcript from my previous conversation the rep did not respond. I will never use this company again. I was so happy to find a green stationary site and incredibly annoyed by the poor customer service.

Excellent Service
I ordered some Antibacterial sprays and I missed the first delivery, and second delivery. I received a call from Diane at the Green Office who was aware of it and contacted the parcel delivery company straight away to track the package and sort out a new delivery date.
I received it today and am very pleased with the care and attention that Diane gave to this matter, she certainly went the extra mile, and I didn't have to have the hassle of contacting the delivery company myself as she did everything and was very genuinely concerned about everything.
I highly recommend this company. I think a few other companies could take a leaf out their book.
