Communication needs work!
I ordered a pen and some pads of paper from this company at the beginning of March. The pen turned up straight away but the paper never materialised. In fact, the manufacturer had discontinued the item and hadn't informed them but the company only ever emailed me and these emails went into my Spam folder. I was never able to get through on the phone so I have only just found out what the problem was, some 5 weeks later. So, not entirely their fault hence the 2 stars but not really good enough either.

£18 delivery to only send a third of my order
I paid £18 delivery on 3 items with £14. Fair enough, I thought it was still worth it.
They then sent me one of those items and refunded me for the missing two, so I ended up being charged £18 delivery for a pack of AAA batteries (which were sent as a second class large letter - royal mail lists this as costing £1.05).
Customer service had to be repeatedly prompted to respond and refused to give a partial refund of the postage. Their best offer was £10 credit against a future order - as if I'd shop with them again!

Not easy to navigate Site - unable to check out
Easy to create an account, but not very easy to navigate the site to find the items we were looking for and could not check out at the end - declined payment on three attempts so gave up.

On the 11th august i placed an order
On the 11th august i placed an order. Received it on 25th after a phone call to find it was not the items i had ordered. As it is a heavy parcel i was promised it would be picked up by courier and changed. As to date i am still waiting

Rubbish bin
The ordering process was fine. I ordered a galvanised bin. It arrived a few days later.
The quality of the bin is dreadful. It’s made from very lightweight steel with crimped seams. It was dented when it arrived. And it contained some packaging litter. It was wrapped in appalling wasteful thick plastic that took a lot of removing, but that did not really protect the bin at all in transit. In short in the photo it looks like the kind of bin that would last forever. Reality is it looks like it was made in a hurry by the last person in the factory on a Friday and it will get rusty very fast.
