VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Can someone urgently advise on what is happening with my order TGO4497305 placed on 28th September please.
I rang to chase the order on Wednesday 4th October, and I was promised delivery today.
When the order didn’t arrive, I rang at 3.17 pm today. I was promised a call back with an update within an hour and a half.
No call was received, nor was my call back at 4.51 pm answered.
I subsequently emailed the company, and although the message has been read by Nick, still no response.
I am afraid I am distinctly unimpressed with your customer service.
If you are unable to fulfil this order, then please arrange a refund so I can purchase the items elsewhere.

Disgraceful practice
Knowingly decided without asking to send a completely different item to the one I ordered and when I contacted them I had to go to the trouble of arranging at my expense to return this unwanted and completely different item which was not my responsibility and was told when I had done this I would be reimbursed.- unbelievable.this company are dishonourable. How many people have they done this too, just hoping customers would just let it go.please do not use these people .I wanted to give zero stars in review , but without putting one star you do not get a chance to tell this company is terrible.
