I had been given a discount voucher but the website did not give the discount. I emailed them and was phoned within the hour. Evidently there was glitch in their system and they said not to bother they would post straightway and not charge p&p. Excellent customer service.

Green but not slick
Good to see a business offering sustainable solutions. Sadly, however, there were significant delays in delivery (which required chasing twice), then to find half the order was missing. Refund requested by email, which then had to be chased via phone. Eventually refund provided. Pleasant enough over the phone, but general logistics and approach to customer service need polishing.

Did not respond to my complaint when you did not deliver the whole order.
You did not deliver the whole order, even when I emailed you a photo of the order beside the delivery note. The order was for 3 cartridges and the delivery only had 2 which agreed with the delivery note which said 2. Mistakes happen and I judge companies on their response to mistakes. You have completely ignored the facts presented to you meaning you must be given the lowest rating available.

On the 4th of March, upon learning from our supplier that the paper you ordered wouldn't be restocked, we immediately processed your refund. Refunds should be reflected in your account within 5 business days (depending on your bank).
We understand this delay is frustrating, especially after you placed the order with the expectation of a 2-3 day delivery. We're taking steps to improve our inventory management and communication processes to prevent similar situations in the future.
Do not purchase anything!
I ordered an item on 2/1/24, and paid for 2-3 shipping days. The invoice was sent dated 2/1/24 and stated 2-3 working days. I called them on 5/1/24 to see if my order had been despatched. I was told that I would receive it no later than Monday 8/1/24. I didn't receive it, so called on the 10/1/24, with no response and again the next day. I was told that they had lost the item and another one had been issued, and it would be with me by Friday the 12/1/24. I still haven't received it and lost 6 Etsy sales.
