This phone is off the hook
This phone is off the hook, the camera is second to none and it's a pleasure to work with, the ai is excellent I have to say I don't like the iPhone I'm a Samsung man, but I must say this has left them dead in the water, wow what a bit of kit, Nothing it can do even takes pictures on voice camand it's a WINNER IOO PERSENT A GREAT DEAL AS YOU HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST 700 POUNDS TOO GET A PHONE THAT DOES ALL THAT THIS CAN DO, AN I'M SURE THIS WILL DO THAT LITTLE BIT MORE, FROM, MAGICME, AKA MARK.

I placed my order on 8th March
I placed my order on 8th March, and immediately received a request to review even before I received the order. After a couple of weeks and still no order, I phoned to be told that the company was out of stock until 1st April. A shame no one could have told me this sooner. Several days on from 1st April, still no order received, just another request to review. A pity this compnay can't concentrate on filling orders or at least keeping customers informed rather than constantly asking for reviews. Be careful what you wish for... this is it!

Just go to Viking Direct instead, better service and cheaper
Wow, for a company with such great reviews I really wonder why. Placed an order online and received an order confirmation. It was quite early in the morning so I expected it the next day, or at the very least a couple of days. After 8 days still nothing. So I rang to be told that the payment had not gone through, even though I had confirmation. I asked why and the helpful lady said she had no idea, but could look into it for. She told me her boss would call me in 5-10 minutes. This was great as I was about to be busy for the rest of the day and the order was now urgent. After 15 minutes I called to speak to her boss, Joseph. Who was abrupt with me from the start, saying he never said he would call me back in 5-10 minutes, it would be an hour. I could not wait so asked him to email me. He also insisted on calling me "chap" and "mate" which I did tell him I didn't appreciate as this was a complaint, but he continued to do this, seeming to take pleasure in winding me up. He then emailed me telling me the paper was out of stock until the end of the month, another 2 weeks away. He also offered an alternative paper which was nearly twice the price.
Anyway I looked on Viking Direct and bought it for 60% of what they originally quoted me. I know where I'll go in future!

Appalling customer service
I ordered some Tuff boxes which were allegedly in stock. Delivery did not happen when promised. Telephoned customer service and arranged a new date. No delivery. Called customer service again. Told not in stock and I would definitely be called the following week to resolve. Guess what? No telephone call. So money taken weeks ago but nothing has been delivered and no contact has been made. I will be cancelling my order and asking for my money back once I can get hold of “customer service “ again. Please do not waste your time with The Green Office.

I know this is a good product
I know this is a good product, but I was shocked that the advertised cost was so much less than the final price, with VAT and a large postage bill on top. If I hadn't preferred these tabs, because they can be written on each side, I would have cancelled my order immediately. It was very misleading.
