Absolute scammers! Order online and did not receive tracking information/ delivery information. Their number does not work and they do not respond to emails. Do not buy from this store!!!

Disgraceful rip off. I have written and phoned three times to the so called help line provided by the Glamour Shop with absolutely no reply - and yes I do have the e mails to prove it. The product (a conditioner) was never delivered. I am now £33.38 out of pocket. Do not touch with bargepole. My online purchase was 18/9/25

Absolutly discusting company for how i am being treated. I bought paul mitchell sprays and they didn't spray. I tried to ring london number on receipt. DOESN'T EXIST. ring mobile when you google company and sounded like man wasn't a business. He said returns label they would pick up from my door. The camera sees parcel being collected. Still not given me refund. Mobile SWITCHED OFF ALL TIME.company sales not responding. So i will contact my banknand police if not sorted

Absolutely horrendous DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BEAUTY SHOP . I ordered an item and called them later saying i haven't received the order confirmation yet and they said the shipping and billing address were different so the order was not processed so i will receive a refund in about 2-5 business days since it was a little before Christmas. Never received my refund and now when i call or email i get no response . SH*T SERVICE avoid the GLAMOUR SHOP at all costs . I still want my fu**ing money back

This is the 2nd review for shopglamour.co.uk after I removed the first one because MANGO PEOPLE (a name changed to throw people off) contacted me saying they weren't GLAMOUR BOX BEAUTY and asked me to remove the review. However, I'm doing it again because it's pretty clear after researching that they are the same company. You had me the first time...but not this time! DO NOT buy from this company! This is now utterly utterly unbelievable! I am still waiting for a refund on my order from 31st October and my email reel is now up too the 26th email correspondence...

I ordered from them on the 31st October...they admitted it had never left their warehouse..then have messed me around ever since! They are now ignoring my emails and I don't think I've EVER been treated so poorly from a company in my life!

Just avoid or you will lose money. £39 may be nothing to them but for me it's a lot of the little money I have. Disgraceful!

This is not called Glamour Box it's The Glamour Shop. Communication with this company is horrendous never pick up the phone nor respond to emails to find out if something is coming into stock. However, they do send out the stuff you ordered they need to vastly improve their communication as its DISGUSTING!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. They literally stole from me and kept saying I received my product when I didn’t, they then came to an agreement to give me back my money after going back and forth to confirm where my product actually is (I am now convinced it never left their warehouse). They lied again about refunding the amount, I asked them when it was refunded and they should check their records as I never received any refund from their company. The red flag to always watch out for in websites like this is they never send confirmation of anything. To top it all off I just got off the phone with a customer service who’s last words was “when you have calmed down you can call back I have to go”. What a joke of a service, be warned save your money and don’t purchase anything from them, this is how they scam people. No item no money back, scammed in broad day light. Never again!

Edit: 10 minutes after leaving this review I got a call from WhatsApp with the same customer service number, which I found quite odd. It had a picture and a name Zahir, I ended the call and replied with a question mark. I got a reply saying they saw my review if I don’t take it down they will stop the refund process they were planing on giving me (something I know they have already scammed me off). I told them no and people need to be informed of their ways of defrauding people. The conversation got weird from there. I just got back from my local police station just to inform them of this and I made sure to take screenshots of the picture and the conversation. When I read back through the chat he had deleted some conversations and blocked my number. I’m very sure their website will be shut down soon. This is not about scamming anymore it’s about your safety. Stay clear!! If they threatened you in anyway, report them to the police as soon as possible as they have your information.

theglamourshop.com is a scam website. They let you enter an address (no country required) and then claim after you've ordered that you've selected the wrong country and it's your fault - it let me enter a UK address and postcode but then claimed I had ordered to Manchester, in France. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I have been scammed. I ordered this in january and it still has not arrived!!!!

This company flagged my review to get it removed. So I'm leaving another one. Basically they sold me expired product and I couldn't reach them on any of their communication channels they provided. Even when I returned the product I got no notification from them to say they had received it and they would be processing my refund. Luckily I tracked the return and I paid via Paypal so got my money back.

They drop ship all their stuff from AliExpress-that is if they ever send anything. They usually just take your money and don’t send anything and then a year later customer service will reach out asking for your order number and everything they should have on record knowing that they never sent anything and that most people a year after something never came wouldn’t have their receipt for that purchase. They also place the blame on the mail carriers when in reality the website is just a scam

I've had the absolute worst experience with this company. I'll never ever order from them again. I ordered goods worth over £50 over a week ago. The order still hasn't arrived. It has already passed the 3 to 5 working days and still no packages. I've had to spend more money elsewhere to buy my goods. I've repeatedly tried to contact them. No response.
Everything about this company is disgusting and false. They are clearly a scam company. Please do NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will NEVER receive your goods. They will not answer your emails.

Edit. The company kept emailing asking me to remove this review denying it was a fake. The item definatley was. It is a product I use regularly and still had a couple of items at home to compare with. Apart from the contents clearly being different and nothing like the originals, the packaging was also different, substandard and had stickers on rather than the printed items when bought from other retailers. I am not saying the company intentionally deceived, they may not have been aware and maybe a supplier was the culprit, but the item was definitely a fake.

I rarely leave reviews unless I think other consumers need to be aware of an issue. I don't seem to be able to respond to the company's query below, but this edit note is to address that query. Yes it was that company, unless someone else is using your details. I took them from the website and packaging

They do NOT stand behind their 100% Risk Free - 60 day return policy. I can't even get ahold of them. They are NO WHERE to be found. Do NOT buy from this company
