One star is too much. Ordered flowers over 24hours in advance for wife’s BD. Sent me an email 4 hours before expected delivery to say they couldn’t find a florist they were all booked. Load of nonsense . Better get a refund otherwise they will have a law suit. don’t use this company terrible and a scam.

Ordered flowers £53 had email next day to say florist couldn’t fulfil the order and haven’t had the money back!! I have now received the money back after chasing them 3 weeks later

This company should never be allowed to trade to the public!
I paid good money for a bouquet of £53 to be delivered but because this company charges the florist £20 the florist’s cannot prepare a bouquet on this website for £30 and quite rightly so because they have to make a living as well.
This company have all the lovely bouquets on their website (taken from another well known flower delivery company) and make a point in saying “the florist reserves the right to change flowers that are not available” but what you get delivered is nothing like what you paid for! They have ripped me off and ripped the florists off by using them. Also this cowboy company should have phoned me up to tell me of the change in flowers but didn’t!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam

Ordered same day flowers, no flowers have been delivered. They do not answer the phone. I have emailed them, told by one of their employees they had been delivered. I asked what address they were delivered and who took them in only to be ignored. I have since emailed numerous times only to get no answer.

Ordered same day flowers within the allotted timescales. Had random phone call from the number but no message left. Eventually got through on ringing them back to be told they couldn’t find a local florist to fulfil the order. Said that was fine but could they refund me immediately and was told yes. Four days later still nothing, so emailed and got a very pleasant apology saying it had now been refunded and would take 5-10 days. And sent a 15% off my next order voucher…..🫣
It’s now over 10 days, still no sign of refund. Emailed again to chase and was told “Apologies for the delay on your refund. I will escalate this to our finance team and will get back to you as soon as possible.”.
It’s evening now and no-one has come back to me still.
Wish I’d gone elsewhere to begin with as can’t afford to lose the amount of money they currently have of mine.
Definitely would not recommend.

Spent £65.00 and flowers never arrived. No response from customer service and still waiting for a refund.

I bought same day delivery and the flowers came within 4 hours! Very pretty bouquet and I'd definitely recommend. Good bouquet size as well even though I just went for the standard size. After Eflorist let me down thankfully this shop could help me

Good news I ordered these to be same day delivery which they were.
Bad news they are NOTHING LIKE THE ONES I ORDERED. I spent nearly £60 and the ones delivered looked like something from a petrol station

Very dissatisfied - ordered flowers on 4th for delivery on 7th (mothers birthday) only to be informed on morning of 7th (by email) which I only looked at on Monday evening that they could not deliver.
I’ll be going back to interflora next year.

I ordered flowers but didn’t arrive. I have several times tried to contact the shop but still have not yet received a refund or any response, it’s Ben 8 weeks now..!

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers that got delivered please don’t use this company you will be extremely disappointed

Very poor. Was expecting flowers to be delivered for a funeral. No correspondence from the company that they were never going to arrive. Money already taken from my account. No customer service. Be warned!

Terrible terrible,
After ordering one would expect an email confirming order. Nothing. I managed to speak to one of the staff " working from home" to clarify order. It was clear she was out and about with the wind blowing..., poor English. No customer service skills...
Waste of time to order here for flowers..

The order Was received within 2 hours of placing it. I must say I'm extremely impressed with the speed of the service.
However I am very disappointed that the advertised chocolates, costing £9.99, were replaced with Milk Tray chocolates that generally cost £4.00!
Luckily the flowers looked really nice and were not replaced with a £10 bunch from the local petrol station, where I suspect the Milk Tray came from. However I feel they were not worth what was charged but I guess that's subjective.
Total cost of order was £55.97 and I would say the total worth of goods was no more than £30.
I emailed to express disappointment with the chocolates and they replied to say they'd get back to me today...they haven't.

I think this another scam. They take credit card details and your order is not placed!!!! How on earth these adds gets approved I do not know. I will ha e to go and cancel my cards again.
