They said same day. Not. Be weary of this company. They are a rip off

I spent approximately $135 on a bouquet and same-day delivery (didn’t even come the same day…), and what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised on the website.
The arrangement I ordered was a full pink bouquet with numerous flowers. What was delivered was a much smaller arrangement with significantly fewer flowers, different flower types and different colours. It was not a reasonable substitution it was an entirely different product.
When I contacted customer service, they simply referred me to their substitution policy. The issue is that their own policy states substitutions should maintain the style, theme, color scheme, and value of the arrangement. The bouquet I received did none of those things.
To make matters worse, I was never notified that such major substitutions would be made before delivery.
I understand that florists occasionally need to substitute flowers, but customers should still receive something reasonably comparable to what they paid for. That did not happen here.
Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I would not order from this company again.

Very disappointed with this flower delivery service. I placed an order for same-day delivery and paid extra for it, only to be notified later that same day that they could not fulfill the delivery until the next day. Since they failed to provide the service I paid for, I immediately canceled the order and received a confirmation email.
A couple of days later they emailed me saying the florist had already prepared the arrangement and was demanding $30 for "cost of goods", despite the fact that the cancellation was due to their inability to meet the promised delivery timeframe. Their mistake became my problem.
The customer service was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their own error. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business if you expect reliable service and fair treatment
To make things worse this company has gone ahead, even after I had confirmation of my cancellation, and charged my credit card $42 for a service I never received!! I am disputing the charge!!!

Not good! Ordered flowers for someone. Said it would be delivered same day and they assure you if anything goes wrong they will tell you. I received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered and they are not here. I called in and they said the order is delayed and has not even shipped yet!!! They didn’t even care to prioritize it after the call either. The literal response I received was “depends on the delivery truck. Probably will be there between 3pm and 8pm”. High prices, bad service. Just go to the local florist if you need same day delivery or something. The 20+ minute hold times when you call and incorrect delivery recipes are not worth the time or the money.

the crappiest, useless flower shop ever. Such a rip off, they failed to deliver funeral flowers on the day of the funeral and the customer service is as useless as the shop. This the crappiest service ever and shop should not be allowed to operate.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time with a” Customer Service” business. It took me three days to find out where my order was once it was not delivered on the date I ordered it to be. Customer Service said they would offer an upgrade. An agent told me an upgrade would be.” adding a couple of stems to the vase.”
I asked for another solution and it was denied.
I opted to cancel the order since it was not delivered on time anyway, and I’d rather deal with a reputable company. I wish this company would recognize that ALL of their money comes from the customer. Policies seemto be fundamentally flawed. They don’t have the right level of customer care. Do yourself a favor don’t waste time with this company. I was wasted 3 hours.

Order for my wife's birthday on the april 13th on Sunday n suppose to be delivered 14th next day nothing never showed or anything sent an email n spoke to someone but nothing was never resolved so will never use site again and now gonna get my money back through my credit card $110 , if it was 15 I would of.let.it.go.but this economies horrible

I ordered flowers admittedly late on the same day as my friends birthday but as it was a Sunday morning they told me that if I ordered before 11am they would try to deliver them the same day. Unfortunately they were not delivered that day. I received a delivery notification on Tuesday but they were not delivered. I finally had a message from my friends husband that they were going to be delivered today- Wednesday. 3 days to wait for a flower delivery is completely ridiculous. All I got from customer service was a’sorry’. Never again will I use this service.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I paid for expedited shipping to be delivered the next morning because my sister was in the hospital. Not only it was not delivered on time, it was never delivered at all. I have been trying to call them all morning And they said that their office is closed. They opened at 8 AM. It is now 9:45 And I cannot get anybody on the phone still. I paid over $120 for nothing.
