Can't recommend this app highly enough .
Great workouts and fantastic meals .. Finally found one I can stick with ..

Omg I never thought getting healthy was this easy, started fat furnace in January 21 very skeptical, but sure for £14 what had I to lose, well to date I lost 22kg which amounts to almost 3 1/2 stone, the workouts are tough but hilarious and Steve can really sing (not) 🤣 the lives were class, especially when the soggy cereal brat wouldn’t hold the phone properly 😜 I’m now on the graduate program and although I don’t engage as often as I should in the app the fb group subconsciously keeps you on your toes and motivated,

Fab experience and learning which I will keep going with - loved it! And I am no longer 'on' a diet 😃

I cannot recommend this programme enough. I lost weight but more importantly I gained tons of energy, glowing skin and a new found motivation for fitness and healthy living. Just LOVED it - don't hesitate, do it, I promise you won't regret it. Thanks Steve and team - we lit the fire!

Absolutely brilliant experience. Have the App which includes lots of fantastic recipes and workouts. I have also taken part in three 14 day Fat Furnaces which are so much fun. Great value for money, with great recipes and daily workouts and fantastic advice from the whole team, would highly recommend

My first experience with TFG has been the 14 day Fat Furnace and can honestly say it was amazing!
All correspondence received is great from emails to meal planners to workouts.
And the support group is fab.
I can thoroughly recommend anyone to partake in some form of program from Steve @ The Fitness Guy, you won’t regret it.

This is the best plan ever, forget all other diet fads out there, this plan makes sense, it is simple to follow with great recipes using food the whole family can enjoy, exercises for all fitness levels to awesome music, Steve and his team put the fun factor into exercise, there is always someone there for support and to answer any concerns or questions. I cannot recommend this group enough

Honestly so well planned out the meals, the recipes the snack sheets, the workouts and the support is outstanding. I am so glad that I took the plunge and signed up. It really was the kick up the bum I needed. I am also now away to follow on the 10 week programme and look forward to that also where I hope to learn more and adapt to the healthy living again. 5 star rating for me. Honestly try this it will be the motivation you need xx

I couldnt recommend this plan enough, I put on over a stone at the start of last year and no matter what I tried I couldnt shift it. My mum told me about Lean and Learn and I am so happy I done it, I have learnt soo much and have a better understanding about food/macros ect. You can adapt this around any lifestyle as I work long days and late nights but they teach you how to adapt your mindset and time! You can also still enjoy your fave treats and not feel guilty! The workouts are fun and there is so much support! Highly recommend this plan over anything if you are looking to lose weight and get educated too! :)

I started the 10 week Lean & Learn on my 53rd birthday - the best birthday present I ever gave myself! Honestly, when I started I felt a bit daunted - I had a lot of weight to lose and really struggled with the workouts. But there are always alternatives that make the workouts accessible and if you persevere you find that you improve - things I just couldn’t do in week 1, I can do now! The meal plans are amazing - I could hardly believe I could eat so much and still lose weight! I never felt hungry at all. But what really sets this programme apart is all the education and support. I feel empowered now to take control of my health and fitness for the rest of my life. I couldn’t praise this programme enough and I’m so happy I stuck with it.

If you have any doubts about signing up to The Fat Furnace and then Lean and Learn, ignore them for this will be the best thing you could possibly do to lose weight, inches and to feel so very much better in yourself. It is not a fad diet; it is an education. There is so much incredible support at all levels. I have been dieting for years on and off, just to lose those extra pounds that make my clothes feel tight or show bulges where I didn't want them to be. With this programme, it has been so very easy and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The daily videos have been an inspiration and each day I have looked have forward to my next lesson on healthy living. You are not deprived of foods, just made aware of the consequences of unhealthy options. If I have one tip, it would be to take the photo of yourself at the beginning and then at the end. You will be amazed. I didn't, so can only think back to what I looked and felt like. Now I feel so much better, healthier, more confident and all my clothes fit - with no bulges!! Go on take the plunge; you will not regret it!

The app is easy to use. The workouts are varied and really good fun. No results to report yet as only 1 week in !

Although this plan doesn’t guarantee weight loss but a healthy lifestyle and other benefits the results have been amazing. The flexibility with the food and teaching of how to plan correctly really helps. The encouragement from others on the plan in the private Facebook group was great. I loved all the videos and workouts. I never felt bored and the 10 weeks went by so quickly. Even though I never followed to the letter I still lost over 10 lbs which was my goal. This was timed so well after the Fat Furnace that I continued with new routines and don’t plan on giving this up.
Steve and his team deserve a very well done as I never thought I would enjoy this plan so much. On to the Graduate plan now.

What can I say apart from I’ve had an amazing journey and loved it every step of the way. In the 10 weeks I have lost 5.6 kg in weight and an overall 49.5 cms in measurements and it certainly doesn’t feel like your on a diet, thank you to the wonderful team xx 💞💞
