Best costumer service
I ordered a few items from The Drink Shop. They arrived on time but unfortunately one of the flavour bottles was wrong. Contacted the customer service by email with the photo of the wrong item and they straight away sent the right one. Excelent costumer care and ngood prices too.
Gone bust
Placed an order on the 24th December for an item they knew wasn’t in stock, went bust and refusing to refund me £200

Not the best
Ordered two items to be delivered as gifts - both ordered eleven days before Christmas, with a selected delivery date of the 23rd Dec. Neither had been delivered by close of play on the 23rd, and by then TheDrinkShop had closed for four days (kinda wierd in the e-commerce world). Their first response was “they will be delivered today”, then after a push they apologised as they had clearly missed delivery date. They haven’t even responded to my last email to them.
Little to no point in trusting these individuals with another order - you can buy the same items from plenty of other retailers. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with the over the years but that counts for very little.
The best find!
Only used twice now but each time the experience was absolutely outstanding!! Seamless ordering and very prompt delivery. No issues - where others frequently fail, DHL has found the address each time. Cannot praise this service enough!

I ordered wine through Amazon and the seller was TheDrinkShop. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and it still has not arrived. It says on my order it was collected by courier (DHL) on 6th December. DHL say they have not collected this and to contact the seller so someone is not telling the truth. I have contacted TheDrinkShop twice but have not yet had the courtesy of a response. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
Shocking Response from Customer Service
In November, purchased a five pack of pre-mixed Campari and Soda. Had one at the time - popped the rest in the fridge. Six weeks later, I noticed that one of them had changed from bright red to bright yellow.
Messaged The Drink Shop to see if they were aware of any issues or had any advice. Their response: "It maybe where they have been stored - we have not had any other customers inform us of any issues. If you try it and it doesn't taste right then don't drink it". Not impressed.
I contacted Campari directly who put me in touch with their UK PR Company (3 Monkeys Zeno) and they've been absolutely brilliant. Helpful and knowledgeable and were more than happy to replace the unusual coloured bottle (with some spares too).
I won't be using The Drink Shop again but I will definitely continue to drink Campari!

Exceptional service. Second year I have placed my Christmas order of Sloe Gin (Gordons of course!!). Fast reliable delivery and the option to choose delivery date. Well packed. Great selection and discounts for those in the trade.
Excellent Customer Service and a Great Range
I ordered several soft drinks cases, which were all in glass bottles, plus a bottle of brandy. The box was understandably really heavy and had clearly been dropped in transit. Although there was plenty of protective packaging, one bottle had smashed, and a couple of other bottles were damaged so had leaked. I emailed the company some photos of the damage and they replied to me within a couple of hours. They were very apologetic and immediately offered to refund the cost of the damaged bottles, the postage cost plus another £10, which I accepted. Can't fault the customer service, will definitely use again.

Efficient complaints team
One of the glasses I ordered was damaged and the box it came in was in very bad condition which was disappointing due to them being a gift. However the complaints team dealt with my issue very quickly and efficiently and have sent a replacement glass to a new address without even pressuring me for photographs of the items.

Ordered a bottle, website stated 3 left at the time I placed the order, the order was confirmed, to be subsequently told (too late for Mother’s Day delivery) that they were out of stock. Simply not good enough. Mother’s Day ruined.
