The Coaching Institute Omdömen

The Foundations of Coaching event was profound and life changing. I learnt more about myself, my strengths and my true essence than I would have ever imagined. The Systems I was taught gave me the competency to be confidence, and importantly these Systems bring the foundations to bring my own Coaching DNA into them. Kath Ireland was an excellent facilitator and the Ninja support team were there for me. I strongly recommend the Foundations of Coaching event, and studying at ICI.

Great to meet others on this journey. The training gave me confidence and validation, however importantly the support and encouragement to get started and to continue. The methods and techniques were good, but I would have loved to see more. The reflection time was important, but I think could have been condensed so the days were shorter - 9 hours is a long time for a workshop - I think a 10-4 day is always great for a workshop. In summary, some great teaching, learnings and ideas. Great connections and I can get going - thank you!

This is one of the most exciting trainings I've ever had and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to attend this event. Kath is absolutely a gun. Her energy and the ability to able to relate and connect to audience is unbelievable. The crew, the help and everything is absolutely excellent. I 100% will recommend this to people I believe that will benefit from this program. Many Thanks ICI team

The training and support I’ve received from TCI on my coaching journey has been truly exceptional. From the moment I joined, I felt supported every step of the way. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and passionate about helping you succeed, and the comprehensive resources provided are second to none. TCI creates a positive and inspiring learning environment that not only equips you with the skills to be a confident and effective coach but also encourages personal growth. I highly recommend TCI to anyone who is looking to embark on a fulfilling and life-changing coaching career!

Being part of such an amazing community. Feeling supported and allowed to show vulnerbility. Kath is such a beautiful coach, so welcoming, kind and gentle yet brings the fun and positive energy!

I found the weekend so insightful. I learned so many new things that I will incorporate into not only my business but also my life. The support from the team is incredible, and Kath was absolutely fantastic.
I am so excited about joining as a pro coach and my journey ahead.
For anyone who is considering joining, I highly recommend it.

Kath brought such amazing energy to the 3 days.It showed me that there is a system to use, abundant support and to back yourself.i AM IN!

Loved the externship training. The energy, the vibe, the content, the speakers, the community. My heart is full, and my head has a lot of processing to do :) THANK YOU!

Great three day course, lot of learning. Hope to take it to next step to implement it and create value for self and others.

Meta Dynamics - Fundamentals took me into a completely new way of thinking about tribal cycles and also of evaluating where I am now Personally, and in Business, and with my Relationships.
I love the safe Break-out-room discussions and the way those discussions further add to my thinking.
Thanks ICI, Kathy and Ninjas, aand other participants.

Great insights learned over the past 3 days in the Meta Dynamics Fundamentals training. I got to develop/experience new coaching skills and evolve as an individual. Now I get to go share everything I've learnt with others. Absolutely LOVED IT!! Thank you Team ICI :-)

ICI totally rocks just had an awesome 3 day training and the level of facilitation was awesome.

The depth of material was more than expected.
The clarity of delivery of different models was exceptional.
The breakout rooms were fabulous.
The community engagement was good.
Outstanding training! World class.
Facilitator was relatable and engaging.

1 hour of building up the room on each day before any content was delivered was unnecessary. I understand connection and rapport, however that was not valuing peoples time who took time out of their work to do this. I have done Meta Fundamentals in the past (2019 - 2020) This has been dumbed down.
The upsell to UYQ took away valuable time to the sessions. I get it, it's business.

There is so much useful information in every training I have attended at ICI. So much value from business to self-growth and that's what I am here for, to be the best version of myself and help others in this same journey. GO ICI!!

Empowering!

Good mix of teaching, group participation, breakout rooms and coaching experiences.

Useful & practical information on using the various meta models and how to put together a package of 12 coaching sessions.

Great 3 Day Session, highly recommend Meta Dynamics - Fundamentals.

I learnt a lot from watching the live coaching as it came up. The unplanned ones and the exercises that we got to do ourselves in breakout rooms. The training provides many models and frameworks that are valuable and useful and the self-growth is phenomenal. Thanks ICI

A few new insights
There was some new insights, and a some new models to use. What I didn't like, was at least a day spend on upselling The Ultimate You Quest program. It is a good program but so much focus on sharing and selling that spoiled the training for me

ICI and the community it fosters is amazingly supportive. The content is great, the resources are second to none. The support of the WOW team is superb. They really want to help us grow. Thank you
