The coaching institute has been one of the best places i never knew i needed, I found support to grow myself and the quality of training through out the professional coach course and support given has been immensly oustanding for me. My potential has no limits and thats thanks to all the amazing team at the coaching institute.

Another powerful three-day training at Pro Coach — thank you, Rashid. I loved the clear structure behind the invitation to book a call and how it supports clients on a deeper level. I now have a defined set of programs and a clearer path to guide my clients through their journey. Feeling grateful and ready for what’s next.

This was a full on phenomenal workshop. I learnt so much about the coaching business and structure of online webinars and workshops! Highly recommended. HeatherT

Amazing 3 days at Pro Coach Round Table with Rashid. Feeling ready for 2026 and growing myself and my business.

Comprehensive, Insightful and pure genius in human connection

Thank you, ICI for the Business Success Principles Rashid Mubashir made it a real pleasure to learn and absorb the key aspects of starting a business including: structuring the business for success, planning, placing the right level of focus on core, improvement and innovation in business, defining avatar, identifying the niche, ascension model, defining who you are as the business owner (the elevator pitch) and building relationship with the client using Curious to Committed model. The training packed with business content - theory and practice. Thank you Rashid

ICI has changed my life. In the first few years of study at ICI I had the opportunity to work on myself and explore who I am. There is so much to love about the school. The leaders & team & the community are phenomenal. ICI is consistently researching and updating their material and delivery. I can confidently say I am working with the most cutting edge information and processes. Thank you ICI for teaching me to create the life of my dreams.

ICI is the family outside of my own family. There is support and hand holding in every aspect of learning. I have felt heard, understood at from where I'm at, and challenged when needed. I haven't felt so inspired in a long time & cannot wait to make my dreams come alive. Thank you ICI & team, you rock!!

Rashid and team are absolutely amazing. If you are looking to grow yourself and your business, don't look any further than ICI. They have got your back. They hold your hand in each and every step. I will say that divine has been very kind to me that I have come across ICI.

This 3-day training was exactly what I needed — clear, practical, and packed with insight. It cut through the overwhelm and showed me how to build a coaching business the smart way: action over perfection, systems over stress, and conversations over chasing clients.

I walked away with real clarity on niche, organic marketing, the ascension model, and what it actually takes to grow with confidence. The biggest shift? Understanding that consistency, connection, and courage are the true engines of a sustainable coaching business.

Rashid is an excellent presenter. He brings so much humanity to the room and brings out the best in us coaches in training. Absolutely loved every session with ICI so far. Excited to apply the learnings now that I have grown in confidence. Highly recommend.

Absolutely life changing! Highly recommend ICI. If you're still on the fence like i was, do yourself a favor and do it anyway..

The training brought a lot more clarity to me in the Business space, i learnt Business can actually be straight forward, it is the mindset & identity that is the engine for success.

Great 3 days.

Was awesome to attend the 3 day Business Success workshops. Learnt alot from Rashid and would highly recommend it to anyone who is doing Life Coaching.

I came in as a student just looking to learn a few new skills, but the experience completely changed how I see myself and what’s possible. The trainings were top-notch, the life coaches were genuine and supportive, and the whole faculty really cared about our growth. It’s been a real transformation — couldn’t recommend it more highly.
