If you're someone who's passionate about life and creating more positive impact to humanity, The Coaching Institute is so far the BEST coaching school I've experienced. I've been a life enthusiast since I was in my teenage days, I'm a fan of Tony Robbins, Dean Grasiozi, Mel Robbins, Lewis Howes, Jay Shetty and other big brands in the personal development industry. However, TCI is the only school I've witnessed teaching scientific and research based contexts about life coaching. They have the BEST amazing people who are willing to support you in your journey so long as you also have the GRIT to pursue your dreams. Rashid Mubashir as the cofounder of the institute inspired me so much in fulfilling my dreams too. The student and community have the best hearts and purest souls. If you want to transition into a coaching business, I highly best recommend this school! 🧡I'm currently studying some of their online certification.🙏

Learned so much over the weekend. Coaches were very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a safe and supportive environment I know I can lean on to help me grow. Matt Wickens is a fantastic coach and I've learn so much from him.

The three days was a wonderful investment in me! The learning, the level of support from all the staff- the presence of the Ninjas, Matt's facilitation was wonderful,the success panel, the break out rooms and meeting other inspired people and Sams training.10/10

The ICI Programme does everything so well and is a holistic development of coaches, so they can provide the best outcomes for their clients. There were so many valuable nuggets of information and inspiration. I really enjoyed the breakout sessions with other students - it reinforces the community aspect of the programme and teaching, as a whole. Totally worth it for the change it makes for people.

Matt did a great job of being genuine and relating to all the participants. There was theory and also supported practice with so much encouragement. I would recommend this training to anyone who is interested in coaching or in wanting to stretch themselves with support. They have a great coach team supporting them, and also a tech team behind the scene. It is seemless. Doing this training you also meet other lovely participants. I leave it feeling motivated and excited and well supported.

The entire 3 days were phenomenal! The learning, making new friends and connecting as a group. The support is second to none. Matt Wickens you Rock!!

Sharing stories about wins and challenges from other coaches who are a little bit ahead of me was very inspiring. The authenticity they brought was evident and real. It's hard to believe that Matt also started from the beginning as he looks a natural.

I've learnt so much in terms of coaching skills and models. The sessions have also helped me to understand myself more and create an awareness of my own thinking and behaviour. The sessions have really inspired and motivated me to take action and to know that my goals matter.

The training is very well structured with the support and tools made available to enable you to begin your coaching journey. Really wonderful & practical hands on training as well as the self paced modules. Great community!!

It was an insightful impactful 3 day workshop. It explored a lot of modules and involved active participation in the activities and sessions. Thoroughly enjoyed each day and learnt a lot.

It was great to be in a community where I felt heard/seen, and very aligned to what my values are. The training was simple yet precise and valuable, and there was a clear effort to promote engagement, fun and a safe space. Leaving this training now with new perspectives, knowledge and network to help me succeed.

After 3 months with ICI, I can attest that things are clearly laid out for new students, overwhelm is not an option, and following the system and applying the tools will get you where you want to go.

Joining the Coaching Institute and the Meta Dynamics Fundamentals training has been the absolute best use of my time, growing my bandwidth for capacity and understanding of self on this journey of coaching.

I recently completed this training and found it genuinely transformative. It offered deep insight into myself and helped me learn to welcome every part of who I am with kindness and compassion. It was a beautiful, meaningful journey with ICI, one that will stay with me for a long time.

Over 3 days Rashid shared many examples and stories to highlight points, techniques and frame and models. The live coaching was special and unreplaceable. The practice is where the gold and learning is. The learning is immense and layered and I am taking this forward with myself and my loved ones.

ICI Coaching ran a 3 day training on Parts/Protectors and inner healing. It was incredible the awareness of this world were you gain the insight and structure AND emotional connect where you can do the work to move from a life where you are run by parts to you being more present. If you feel your mind gives you multiple options at once or you go back and forward unable to make a choice, or running unhelpful strategies - this is a world for you to explore

This training was powerful, practical, and deeply insightful. I learned so much about parts work, self-leadership, emotional safety, and the importance of being fully present as a coach. Rashid’s teaching and live demonstrations made the learning very real and meaningful.

I learned a lot over the three days - especially the last two days. I wasn't sure what the course would entail going in, and it surpassed my expectations. Thank you.
