The Meta Dynamic Profile Tool and the training provided by ICI to become certified is outstanding. This is going to take my leadership coaching to the next level in where I want to take my business. Becoming the expert in human behaviour that I want to be and using the MD Profile Tool will support my clients to transformation and for them to achieve their goals and more importantly their dreams.

Just completed a weekend long training to complete the Meta Dynamics profiler certification. And it was awesome. The “MetaDynamic Intervention” training is one of the most mind blowing training that any coach can attend. It is not only necessary for a professional coach to attend but for anyone who wants to have impact on people’s lives including themselves.
