Hello, I have order number SA048432 and we are expecting two car seats for children, expected delivery date was 23.01.2019, please contact us or advise what to do.

I feel like this company is in trouble somehow due to another company with their trading name registered with companies house. I ordered my product this month (Jan) and received no communication from them. Not even a confirmation. I contacted them and they said the product would be sent a week later than agreed on purchase because of a problem with the supplier. I heard nothing and realised a few days later that their website and email had gone completely. Everyone on here said it's a scam, so I contacted my bank and they refunded me my money straightaway pending investigation into fraudulent activity. But do you know what! The product arrived that very next morning, so was already in transit when I logged my claim. I was amazed. I have no way of contacting them to return the product as all communication is down and no info on the box either! The product is worth over £200. So not a scam for me but a very messy administration and communication. I will be waiting to see the reinstatement of their service as promised on their update, so I may follow their returns procedure as I had already ordered from another suppier

Still waiting on my refund nearly 2 weeks later. But the issue with the website being taken down only happened a few days ago? I smell BS. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. Each one is almost identical in that they stand up for the baby room using them replying on here as a positive point. How about refund the money you have STOLEN from expectant families who are now unable to afford to buy the essentials because of you! Someone also posted below stating that DPD have confirmed they have not delivered the orders stated on the reviews. What a surprise. Fake scammers!

I would recommend not buying anything from this company. We ordered a pushchair which was supposed to arrive in December. When chasing about the order, I kept being told they were waiting for stock. I then asked for the order to be cancelled and to get a refund, but this never came from them. Luckily I managed to get a refund through our bank.

Definitely avoid buying from here. Even if the order had arrived, if there were any issues with the product, I have no idea how we would have got that sorted.

I am waiting on a vennecci Gusto travel system costing £750. I think this is a scam, maybe i am a cynic and the people posting have received their goods, I hope this is the case. The reason i doubt it is that even if all of these unfortunate events happened you would have someone answering the phone to reassure people. I have tried to call the number constantly and have sent texts and have not got a reply. I will be going down the route of reporting it as fraud both in the UK and Ireland until it is proved otherwise. It is reassuring to know that dispite Sekhri enterprises being a limited company the individual directors can be held personally liable in the case of Fraud,

Thankfully I received my order today after waiting two weeks after the original delivery date and no communication. I’m in Ireland so I didn’t have much hope that I would receive it. They don’t seem to be a scam, just a business that has either been overwhelmed with orders and fallen on unfortunate times with their server being brought down. I would advise the company, if they survive after this, to hire someone to handle their communication and their social media platforms. The confusion and anger from customers could of been somewhat avoided if they had of communicated this correctly with their customers via either social media or direct mail. It is unacceptable in this day in age for a company to avoid communication with their customers especially when ordering online. I’m very glad I received my order and hope others get theirs too. I do believe if you wait you will get your order so don’t go pulling your money back from the bank just yet if you want your item. I hope a hard lesson was learned here for the company and thank you for sending my order. I’d be very hesitant to order from you again.

"I have not heard from you since I've ordered my Nomi chair, and should recieve it today 27/1-20 following my order. Now I don't know how the status is and when I can expect it to arrive. Your homepage is down and via Trustpilot I Saw that I should contact you..."

I am shocked to read the below reviews as I ordered a crib on 29th December 2019 and it was delivered in perfect condition by DPD on 3rd January.
I have noticed some replies from The Baby Room stating their website has been closed down in error but are trying to rectify this and fulfil orders. I hope everyone gets theirs sorted soon.

Unfortunately I paid through Klarna, who are hopeless at customer service. Ordered a product in December with my Christmas money and never received it. I am so disgusted and upset, had a random generic email off someone called Tom, stating my item would be delivered 2 weeks ago, still nothing. I rang DPD, the courier service they use as stated in the email confirmation order, they said they’ve had hundreds of phone calls regarding the baby room, and as far as they’re concerned the orders don’t exist as they have had no notice of any orders to my address. I wish they would be honest and admit they have gone bump and tell customers what is happening. I also wish I had read the reviews on here, I’m currently in a battle with Klarna to return my money, the baby room and my bank as I’ve had to send off proof and wait 28 days. How the company can treat people like this is daylight robbery. I hope justice is done. I can see you are replying to individuals on here. Can I please have an update on order SA048305

I‘m shocked after reading all the comments! What a mess - how can this be??!!
As my order is from OCTOBER last year, I want an answer NOW! Please send my already paid product to me NOW or SEND ME MY MONEY BACK! My baby is coming in a few days. I want my product. If this is not possible, I want my money back. NOW!!!

Ordered a pram and all accessories. After not receiving any update information regarding despatch etc, I checked the website and it has been removed. Absolute scam. Thieving scum who are preying on those with young children or expecting. AVOID.

DONT TRUST FAKE REVIEWS GIVING THIS COMPANY 5 STARS!!!!!

I have ordered a canopy, they took the payment but never delivered the canopy. Do not order anything here as this is a scam company. No email no phone number no chat option to reach anybody. Have to report them to trading standard.

SA046533. After being promised delivery wk beginning the 20th I tried to contact them but my email bounced back. Same experience as other people.
Note to formally cancel the above order. I have contacted my credit card provider who were very helpful. This whole experience leaves a very bitter taste.

I was waiting for baby goods like you.
However, they did not arrive on the scheduled shipping date.
And I was confused to know that this was the situation.

In fact, there is no reply from sending the text three times to the newly established phone number.
As a result, I immediately reported to the credit card company.
Then they stopped payment immediately.

Do you know what this means?
It's hard to believe, but it's the result of credit card companies surveying "The baby room".
And it didn't take much time.
So I think it's probably a scam.

If you see this post, you should report it to the bank, card company, or company via payment in the same way.
They will respond immediately.
I hope the money for the baby will come back.

Lastly, do not send baby items if your claim is correct.
I do not intend to do business.

Cancelled the order I made in December as it was delayed. Money due to be refunded 2 weeks ago but hasn’t been. This isn’t an issue due to accidental taking down of a website, that wouldn’t affect my refund.
Order number SA046661. If my refund isn’t in my account on Monday I will be commencing court action. If you go into liquidation while owing me money I will be ensuring shareholder/director transactions are looked into very closely.
Don’t use this company, go somewhere else.

Any good reviews you may read about this company are all from fake accounts that just copy, paste and re-use under a new alias. I worked so hard over Christmas putting in as many hours as i possibly could, even sending my daughter with a family member to see Father Christmas for the first time ever, i missed all of that just to be able to afford a pram and be SCAMMED by this despicable company. I ordered on 26/12/19 and have received no updates or correspondence. Needles to say i have raised a claim with the bank, reported this incident to the police who assure me they are looking into the matter, reported to trading standards and am now here to warn others and trash their name into the dirt. Who ever owns this business has no morals.

Please can I have my money back. ORDER NUMBER SA04495. I’ve ordered with you late December 2019. And still waiting for my order. Last email from you says that my order will be despatched the week commencing the 20th of January. And will get confirmation email with tracking number. I still didn’t receive anything. A huge scam. The website, email and contact number are no longer in use. Do not trust the review responses from thebabyroom.co.uk seen lower down in this forum, this is a lie, there are reviews from months back saying the same about never receiving their items. A problem with the system does NOT last more than a few days. Go straight to your bank and raise a dispute. I thankfully received all of my money back which was over £1000 spent on a full travel system. Huge scam.
