Do not buy your wait weeks dispute contacting again and again some item you do not get so don’t lose your money awful company!!

No stars if I could. She’s blocked me on fb for asking about where my order is. Paid over a month ago next day still not received number and email don’t work and then when reached on fb I was blocked for asking where my parcel is or asking for refund

I ordered early last month. No items have arrived. Email and mobile number no longer working. I've had a look on social media and it looks like she's stopped sending orders but it still taking money. Reported to trading standards. I used to order from here regularly and never had an issue. Such a shame!

Waited nearly 4 weeks and no delivery. Ignored all emails so had to go through my bank to get a refund. Do not order from this company. Absolutely awful

Took 1 month to send out an order, only sent 1 item. Contacted the owner and she lied, refused to resend the item and only offered a gift voucher as recompense. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service, and items that have clearly just came from Ali express so aren’t worth the money in the first place. Avoid like the plague

I have purchased from this company many times over the years and I have had no problem but ordered in July 2024 and never received my order and now they have stopped responding. Gutted by this because this because I enjoyed them before just saddened that they stole from me.

Ordered many times in 2023 and all though great sales & lovely items, many orders took over 4 weeks to arrive after stating 3-5 days! In 2024 ive had missing items, wrong sizes & my last order non existent! Not had 1 helpful response after messaging, whatsapp, emailing over the last 4 months to try get a refund.. supposedly the company was taken over 2 months ago & their customer service is even worse after promising they stand by all previous orders & will rectify! £80 plus down the drain just before Christmas

They take your order and your money and don’t post any items!

I do not recommend to buy anything from this website/shop. I placed an order 1 month ago and I am yet to receive any update on dispatch or delivery status.
I have emailed numerous of times with no reply, I’ve also tried to contact them via other social media platforms but NO response!
All I would like is my order or a full refund!

Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely awful, rang me 2 weeks ago saying my order has been returned to them due to evri damaging the label.. fair enough not their fault… we’re going to resend… no coat has arrived yet… won’t answer messages or emails… gonna contact fraud department with the bank… fraudulently taking people’s money and not sending items! Item was pre ordered in July… it’s now near on October!

Been waiting on a order a few weeks, this is for my daughters birthday
I had kept checking tracking and evri stated they had issues with the address so I tried to contact evri but the tracking number was correct my postcode wasn’t
Tried to email little children’s boutique and explain this and had no response so messaged through instagram and again had no response
This matter is causing stress as it’s a present for my child’s birthday and having to constantly email and beg for a response is shocking
Plenty children’s boutiques to choose from don’t waste your time with this one as they have no care or consideration for their customers

Awful website ordered a few times off here and the orders have taken forever to come. 8 weeks one order took to come, my second order still waiting on the items to come and ordered the end of April, the items were needed for a holiday but they didn't arrive on time when asked to cancel they refused. Half the order has come whilst i was away and still waiting on the other half. Never known a company to take so long to send items, even with pre order items they shouldn't take this long. I now have clothes that I no longer need!

I have ordered from little C’s numerous times and I have never had anything but a postive experience.

Have ordered from little c’s hundred of times now and ever disappoint! Clothes are always amazing quality and the girls who all work there are so helpful and friendly always go above and beyond!

Ordered a coat which was over £100 and after two months still hadn’t received . The coat was newborn size for my grandson and would not have even fitted him by then .After having to chase for an answer was told it was preorder and they did not have , was told I could swap for a different colour which I did not want as wanted blue for a boy and refused to refund me even though they could not fulfill my order .Took weeks back and forth to even get a reply and had to get my money back from my bank . Do not use this company as there is no customer service and they are very dishonest!!!!!

What an amazing boutique with the most stunning clothes and a lovely team behind the scenes, we couldn’t recommend more!

The clothes are stunning and always arrive within the timeframe stated and wow we are never disappointed with the quality of the items we receive! The girls behind the boutique are so approachable and lovely to talk to, always happy to help and accommodate any needs with changing sizes ect!

Been shopping here for my two for the longest time and I now can’t wait to start buying for my newest addition!
