Hello I would have gave this website 0 stars if there was an option, not that It matters now that I have been scammed, purchased a watch nearly a month ago, took a while for them to send the item but seemed legit until it said my item was at sorting centre, after 11 days the same thing, went to the website only to find it abandoned, it is still there but it's a just shell now, can't contact them for a dispute.

Bought a watch, they show it was delivered but I didn’t receive anything. Customer support Email and website are gone. Total scam, I’ll be filing a dispute with my credit card.

Complete scam. Placed an order for a watch. They sent me a watch strap, but charged me for the cost of the watch. Now even the website is gone, and I'll have to find a way to dispute this charge....

People, please be very careful. I had to work hard to save for a special gift for my partner, who is turning 50 in 2 weeks. I used the money to order him a watch and I lost the money from this scammers. I do have all the proof to show that I have been scammed. They should not get away with this. Read carefully through all the positive reviews, all VERY similar written, read all of their replies to negative reviews where they claim “you have never bought from us”. They use exactly the same wording everytime. They basicly made their own positive reviews to get started as you will also see all of those were very recent. God is not sleeping and sees all of the wrongdoings to others who suffer already. He won’t let them get away with it and I know they will get their day where they will wish they didn’t steal from others. Please I hope you read this before you fall victim to them too.

SCAM website. They send you a cheap strap and take your money for a legitimate item. Total fraud.

Complete scam. They send a watch band, not the watches you order. Their customer service responds initially that they will send a replacement and then go dark. Now all emails bounce back. Do NOT order from them. Learn from my misfortune.

100% a scam. Bought a moonswatch but received a cheap wrist strap in box instead. Had to chase to get updates and eventually did get shipping details - so did seem like the might come through - but clearly they're doing the minimum. Interestingly they got my apt # completely wrong, so not sure if that's part of the scam to claim it was delivered to my building so they don't take responsibility? Do not buy from these guys

I ordered an Omega Moonswatch from their website, everything looked legit, they sent me the tracking number, and after 2 weeks I just received a watch strap!!! I paid 420$ for a watch strap! And trying to email them again now they just blocked me and their address store@collectonly gives auto reply address not found!!! DONT BUY, you will just lose your money as I just did!!! No more response from them, the money is just gone! I have all the evidences to prove this!

I waited for the item and when I chased collectonly, I immediately got a shipping notification. Strange it was the same day, but fine. Now the tracking says item was delivered on a day I was home - it was not. I just tried emailing them (responding to email address on their website) and now my email won’t be delivered. I shall be raising this with my card issuer ! I would think twice if you want to order from them as I fear this is a scam !!

there was just one negative review when I purchased but now so many. I too have delivery via singapore post which I thought was strange. I have purchased and have proof I did, so if they try to dispute this review to say i’m not a customer I can back myself up. Ive raised this with my credit card company & will stick with more reputable sellers on ebay with more reliable feedback as the positive reviews here seem too similar and probably fake

Complete scam. Ordered a watch. They sent a cheap watch strap to a neighbor. Emails bounce back, chat function complete AI. Do not purchase from these people. Dispute with the credit card company.

I would give this company zero stars if i could. 100% a scam. I ordered a Swatch Blaincpain watch as well. There was a tracking number provided and it said it was delivered on the 22nd of September. That is rubbish. We have CCTV at our home and there was no delivery. Have tried to email Collectonly 6 times but the email is returned as email address couldn't be found. The Chatbot just runs you around in circles. When you try and call the phone number it is always engaged. I have all the details and information and will be disputing the charge with my bank. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE. They are fraudulent and a scam

This website is a total scam, don't spend your money. They will take your money and deliver a cheap worthless item, no longer respond.

Scam. Ordered on 15th, got my DHL tracking with no ability to access it. Managed to get the parcel - it was empty. Support on website doesn't work. Email is disabled.

I ordered a Swatch x Omega Bioceramic Moonswatch Mission To Earthphase Moonshine Gold Snoopy.
The company did not ship the order within the specified time of 5 days.
I then emailed and warned them that I would dispute the charge with my bank if they don't ship my order within a specified period.
Three days later a shipment appeared to have been generated emanating from Singapore with Singapore Post being the courier even though the company behind the website is supposedly at this address: 220 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario
I never received the order despite the website showing the order as delivered.
I warned the website through subsequent emails, to the email listed on the website, and later to its virtual assistant chat service, as emails bounced back, that I will be escalating the matter legally to the relevant authorities in both Canada and Singapore unless they immediately process a full refund.
I will go forward with my action if the refund does not come through within 24 hours

A friend of mine ordered a Moonswatch as a birthday gift from Collectonly. After ordering he found bad reviews from the site. He contacted Collectonly to cancel the order - they said it would take 5-7 days for a refund - it is now 2.5 weeks later and no refund. Collectly only do NOT reply to any email correspondence and have totally ghosted my friend.

They always give the same generic answer to negative reviews: 'We are aware of your repeated negative comments. You have never purchased from us, and your statements are misleading and unfair. Blah blah blah...'

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered a Omega Swatch over 20days ago. What I received was a random watch strap. They pretend to have watches, you buy one, they send the tracking number for a watch strap. When you try and connect with customer service they magically disappear. Scam!

Do not purchase anything here all other reviews are fake ! I orderd to swatch watches instead I got a poor quality watch strap

Buying from this company has been a frustrating and expensive lesson for me, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. Please be careful because this company cannot be trusted. Complete scam!!!

Do not order anything from these scammers. If you are going to ignore this advise, make sure you pay with a method that allows you to claim your money back as you will not be refunded by Collectonly when your items don't arrive.

I should've taken the time to read these reviews as, If I'd paid a little more attention, I'd have noticed that they are all very similar and clearly false. With the prices on their site seeming too good to be true... it's not true. It's all a scam. If you are lucky enough to receive an item you've ordered, it'll be counterfeit and terrible quality and you will not receive a refund.

Cue the generic reply saying I have not purchased anything from Collectonly.

*To the seller/perpetrators of this scam; Stop being scum bags and ripping off honest, hard working people. Go and earn an honest living. I hope that, when you get caught, you receive jail time.

Scam website. Customer service slow on purpose to delay refunds and cancellation.
