T.G. Collins Solicitors Omdömen

This was the second probate property sale that Nitu has completed for us. The service was again totally Brilliant. The standard of communication and professionalism were of the highest possible
standard.
Well done Nitu and Daisey.

If you’re looking for a conveyancer that’s proactive, contactable and knowledgeable then I’d highly recommend T.G.Collins. Anthony from start to finish was great at explaining the process, actively chasing the other side and answering all my queries promptly.

Had a great experience with Taylor regarding making our will's she is very a polite friendly and professional person and made the process quick and easy I would recommend Taylor and her team members at T.G.Colliin solicitors to anyone looking for great results

I asked a number of companies to give me a quote for doing the conveyancing for the sale of a flat that have previously been rented. They were the only company that gave a very reasonable quote and followed it up with a telephone call.

We had a buyer but water damage to the flooring was discovered and a long process to dry out and reinstate it using insurance company took place. However, the solicitors kept in touch and as soon as the repair work was complete, which took six months, T G Collins had all the paperwork ready and we were able to complete the sale within four weeks. They always answered my calls and stuck to their original quote.

The staff are arrogant, ignorant and don't possess any customer service skills whatsoever. I never dealt with a solicitor just a trainee and a paralegal.

They never returned emails, was disrespectful to me when I phoned them up they didn't contact my estate agent about the sale of my property. In two weeks they didnt do anything to help me.

Then I complained to Thushara Collins (Principal solicitor)and she was the worst one that I had dealt with, she was even more arrogant and ignorant then all of the others put together. She called me a liar and said that "her staff are all professional". Please do yourself a favour DO NOT use this firm of solicitors. I had a really lucky escape.

We have moved house nine times over the years and I can honestly say this solicitors has been by far the best for communicating every detail of the transaction.
We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
An absolute pleasure from start to finish.

Simply fantastic conveyancing!
We had the pleasure of working with Nitu, who was always available and quick to respond, professional but conversational. They were always pushing the sale forward and keeping us informed. When issues arose on the buyer's side, they were more concerned with what was in our best interests, rather than rushing us to complete. And another thank you to Daisy who handled our sale while Nitu was briefly absent, and with just as much friendly professionalism.

We couldn't be happier and we'll be calling on their services again. We can't recommend them enough.
Thank you!

It was a pleasure to instruct TG Collins as my conveyancing solicitors. In what was a very stressful, long and difficult transaction, Nitu did her very best to assist me through the process, keeping me updated regularly and being patient enough to deal with me in a high stressful situation, as well as give me the time to explain things thoroughly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough. Nitu is a credit to her firm and a very valuable one at that. A thank you to Daisy who filled in for a week, yet it did not feel like Nitu was missing at all. That is evidence of a well working operation with employees who work seamlessly with each other.

My sale was considerably longer than anticipated and complicated with various issues from the purchaser and third parties.
Simi handled all of these keeping me advised throughout, she was very professional and I would use T.G.Collins again and ask for Simi.

Not much you can really say. Sold my house recently and T G Collins handled the legal side efficiently, professionally and kept me informed at every stage. Think they've got a star in Miss Daisy Scott who dealt with my case but I'm sure they're all of the same high standard. Can't thank them enough

This is the best company i.ve worked with so far, very helpful and professional, lots of thank you to miss Nitu who went the extra mile to complete my transaction where others before failed(been struggling for exactly 1 year🥵, had 1 failed transaction before), i was with second buyer, almost lost hope😔, but miss Nitu quickly set everything back on track and sort me out less then 1 month since she took over, so highly recommend them, will use them again!

Superb service, highly professional people, warm & friendly approach

Very efficient and good service on the sale of my domestic garage. Would recommend

Would definitely recommended and I am very grateful for her help in receiving a decent outcome.
Thank you Tanisha

Fantastic experience when selling a leasehold flat , my main case handler was Simi and I was very impressed with the quick response times to all emails. The fees were very fair and considering I had the original buyer pull out and we had to start again with another buyer. I would definitely recommend TG COLLINS to anyone buying and selling a property especially if you want prompt responses to emails (something that other solicitors fail to see as important). Overall for me a great experience with Simi and TG Collins and I will definitely use again - 11/10 keep doing what you're doing

Would definitely recommend T.G Collins Solicitors. Worked with Miss Nitu Velauthapillai, she was excellent. She was very responsive, efficient and professional throughout. She promptly replied to any queries that i had and to my emails. I would not hesitate to use the firm again.
Thank you Nitu!!

The Team at T.G.Collins Solicitors is brilliant and friendly. They have got a lot of time for me and give me the right guidance and I have won all my cases. They are very supportive and have a good knowledge in the law sector. I would recommended them 100% to deal with your case.

I received a fantastic service when selling my London flat using T.G.Collins. They responded to all queries from both me and the buyers lawyers very rapidly. They were also helpful and offered good advice whenever I phoned them. Thanks in particular goes to Simi, the main case handler for my sale. Glenn

Wow! My sale has been a nightmare, using the worst estate agents ever, & such unscrupulous buyers. But what a breath of Fresh Air T.G Collins are! So much better than expected at their reasonable price. So professional yet friendly. They came back to me straight away on every occasion. They were the glue that held this sale together. I've bought a lot of property & sold a few over the years. And am selling more at the moment. I am glad I found them, & they are & will be involved in each of these sales. I have no hesitation in recommending them, & put my own money where my mouth is. Completion was yesterday, & I am so relieved. Thank you Simi for preserving my sanity. Your whole team are as good as I have ever encountered!
