Had to track down a replacement…
Had to track down a replacement charger. Contacted the team and they gave me the right directions and advice. Part arrived really quickly. All sorted. Can definitely recommend this company.

customer service problem
Horrible customer service. Refused my legitimate request for replacement of their defective leads less than 3 ms of gentle service. Bought it on Dec 2021, but received on Jan 21, 2022. Lying thru their teeth in their response that I used it from Dec 21 2021.Told me no warranty on leads. Question: how you can sell anything without some kind warranty?

Dear customer, thank you for your review.
Your order was placed in December 2021, as the leads have worked without issue for 4 months and have a lifespan of 3-6, we do not agree that they are defective. They do however need to be replaced, as with any disposable part of an item.
As mentioned in our product manuals; leads, electrodes and probes are disposable parts, the life of which depend greatly on frequency of use and the care taken of them. As such, they are not covered under our 2 year warranty and should be replaced as needed by the customer.
This is common practice for items with disposable parts, such as water filter jugs where the filter needs regularly replacing, and vacuum cleaners with disposable bags that need disposing and replacing when they are full.
We are sorry you are not satisfied with our warranty policy, and hope you consider changing your review given we have done our best to help and are only following procedure in order to keep our customers safe and their devices working as intended.

My physio recommended it, I agree!
I bought this machine on the recommendation of my physio following total hip replacement when unfortunately I suffered nerve damage which hindered my recovery. Using it twice daily has helped with regeneration of the nerves and muscles as well as relief from pain.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the good service from this company. They are professional and really do care, as their name implies.
If you are thinking about ordering from them but are new to, and nervous about online purchasing, you don't have to worry about this one. They go the extra mile to give excellent service. I Highly recommend! Their T.I.M.E Multitherapist is really good quality and has proved invaluable to my wife who suffers with sciatica and piriformis muscle pain.
