The items I bought are essential for reducing pain so it is vital that I get the them quickly and are reasonably priced. Both the conditions were met. Good service all round.

I have now ordered two items on the advice of the Customer Services team. If the products are as good as their Customer Service department then I know I will be happy. I am also confident that should I have any problems in the use of, that they will do their utmost to help. Watch this space !

Dear Marlena, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy the device, our maternity TENS are very well used and loved so this is quite unusual.
Per page 19 of the user guide there are 2 sets of electrodes, the set connected to channel 1 should be applied to the top of the back and the set connected to channel 2 to the lower back. It is very important these electrodes are placed in the correct way, this is detailed in the step-by-step instructions as well as in the accompanying pictorial diagram. If you placed these electrodes the wrong way round or in the wrong place, this could cause a lack of sensation.
You should make use of all 3 programmes as labour progresses, as they are designed to provide the optimal pain relief through the different stages of labour. Details of this can be found on page 11 of the user guide. It is also important to make use of the BOOST button during contractions, and to be sure you have increased the device to an appropriate intensity. The device has a max intensity level of 50 in programmes A and B, and 60 in programme C.
You can use the device for any back pain you may be experiencing post-labour, however please be sure to carefully follow the instructions to get the most out of the device. We also have an instructional video on our YouTube account if this is of any help.

I used it x 1 month
I used it x 1 month. I didn't note any changes. It only worked 1 side, I changed positions, and conexion but the same, then I stopped using it.
I didn't have incontinence I wanted to strengthen x my prolapse.

Dear Fify, thank you for your review. We would always advise consulting your doctor before using a pelvic floor exerciser to treat a prolapse, if you have not done this please consider a chat with your GP to make sure this kind of treatment is suitable for you.

I am disabled, so I tend to do most of my shopping online, which comes with is own set of trials and tribulations. I dont like spending money of technical items unless i have done my research and checked everything our before purchasing, however, this can be difficult nowadays, when companies have downsized and so dont have telephone services,but not this company...not only did they get a female to call me back, but the have so much knowledge and information as to what you need for each ailment, and she (Emily) spent such a long time on the phone to reassure me and make sure i had all the info i needed. Not once did i feel i was taking up valuable time, she was that calm and collected, she made me feel really reassured and answered all the questions i had...on two separate occasions no less! Not only that, she could have steered me towards a more expensive unit, but was honest enough to tell me i didn't need that particular one and a cheaper unit would do what i needed ...now that's honesty. Tenscare, you have a customer for life !

All delivered quickly and efficiently
All delivered quickly and efficiently. I have had my interferential machine for many years and it has repaired my back on many occasions. I just ordered new pads this time as the stickiness goes after a while.

Excellent customer service
Tenscare have been superb from purchase to after care. I had a little issue where i couldn't figure something out with the device. I called up and got a lovely lady to help out. My problem was solved in minutes! Truly wonderful service, I would recommend TensCare to anyone suffering from pain
